Extremely rude staff the owner is exceptionally rude and arrogant . Thinks he is great just because he owns a corner shop don't get it . I would prefer to walk a few steps away and go the other corner shop . Why should people buy in this shop if there customer service is poor ?
DO NOT BUY CIGARETTES OR TOBACCO FROM HERE. I have just bought a pack of b&h blues and they gave me the old pack the one where all 20 cigs are in the metal sheet instead of the split 10 one side 10 the other. As all smokers would have realised the old packs stopped circulation 6months to a year ago. I explained this and was told the pack is opened as well as it is not illegal. I asked for the old price as a compromise and she said no. The cigarettes are dry and crispy as well.
The place is fine but I got 4 items which almost cost £30 which is stupid since two was a drink and crisps and £17 for one 600 puff and 2400 puff vape which by the way my 600 vape tastes burnt and I've just opened it and the 2400 barely works and is really weak for some reason Yes I know people will say "why vape then if it's so expensive" but I could get a 7000 for so much cheaper at a shop closer to me but it wasn't open at the time Oh and also it was supposed to be open by 6 and we was waiting outside for a while before going to other shops which was also closed by the way when they say on Google they're open Really not my best morning especially in this cold weather
Just used it for their Amazon Counter service (my first time). Acts exactly like eBay click & collect. Went in around 6:30am (Wed). Got parcel within a minute (ish). Quick and simple, and with them opening so early I will be using them for any future Amazon Countering. Nice big store too so I didn't feel all cramped when waiting for my parcel

They charge way too much for their items, the service is standard and in no way justifies the high prices, they sell out of date items and I found I had bought an already opened 4 pints of milk from there and they would not replace it, they suggested I was lying and trying to con them in some way, this shop is literally just at the end of my street but I will never use it again, there are other shops nearby with friendlier service and who actually take responsibility for mistakes.
Good selection but overall overpriced goods, is a post office but refuses certain services (cash withdrawal because it has a charging atm at the back of the shop) and certainly not best for value, only visit if you're desperate in my opinion
Costly compare to big supermarkets but good for local shopping
