Glad only the stayed the one night and not longer as I needed to. Booked elsewhere. For some reason was given an accessible room, very uncomfy bed, 2 singles zipped together with some questionable stains on the mattress, dusty and in need of a good clean and bathroom that had a strange smell. Didn’t help being so close to reception as people walking past noisily until all hours and seeming to congregate right outside the window to smoke and chat all through the night. Not a very relaxing experience at all.

It's ok, does the basics of what is needed. Bit of a pain to find the carpark in the dark because of poor lighting and foot markings. Staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were not clean enough though, clearly had a once over for a very long time, but they need a proper clean. We kept finding layers of dust in places and there were Maltesers on the floor, we could not understand how the cleaner missed then. Also the hallways had webs around the windows that looked like they had been there since Leicester won the Premier League. I really liked and appreciated how slowly and quietly the doors closed on the rooms.

I stay here regularly and everything gets lovelier and lovelier. The location is perfect, the rooms are always very clean. The staff are very welcoming, Callum is by far my favourite. We always have a chat when I arrive and nothing is ever too much trouble. He pays attention to everything , always asking how my family are and how my work is. He makes being away from home an easier experience.

Great value hotel, clean room, quiet and comfortable. All main hallway entrances are locked for extra safety. Our room did not have a fridge, however we didn't need one on our 1 night stay. Our convenient beside usb charging outlets didn't work, however we had our own travel plugs.

I've stayed here three times now. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is handy to visit many nearby places. It's clean and everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The breakfasts at the adjoining venue are superb.

The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the staff on reception - they are all very friendly and welcoming. Otherwise, it was a total disappointment. You usually know what to expect with a Premier Inn hotel: comfy beds, a decent breakfast, a reasonable room in a safe setting. However, the room was cold and I couldn't get the thermostat to make it any warmer. My room was not cleaned once during my five day stay. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. The breakfast here is appalling. Instant coffee sachets and a jug of hot water, with no proper coffee. The buffet was under a heat lamp and not replenished which meant rubber eggs. The fruit option was a few green bananas. Staff were hoovering on arrival. Don't pay £10 for the experience!

This was a hotel of luxury. It was peaceful, safe, practical. You already had tea making in the room & it's own public toiletries; they wouldn't be accidentally stolen like in past times.

Room clean and comfortable bed. Don’t bother with the breakfast. Worst I’ve had in any of this type of hotel! Not even a proper coffee machine on offer. Stale pastries. Really, really poor.
