   We had a fantastic stay here while visiting friends. The rooms were immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly, efficient and helpful. Big shout out to Indy and Wendy who made for a very pleasant breakfast experience.

   Very convenient and good value. Large family rooms are great when you can get one otherwise it can feel cramped in their other rooms. Some of the rooms are looking tired with obvious signs of flood damage in the bathroom. Bedside usb charging points have have not worked for a long while plugs are limited with none by the bedside. Still offers good value overall.

   We stayed for one night . The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast was the best we have had. INDI and YAzid. We're brilliant. The food was very hot and well cook. Helpful and happy men. The best premier inn we have stayed in. Will deff be back x

   Great location for access to local hospital and city centre. A big thank you to Kim for her great customer service and help during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, room beautifully clean and so pleased to find the car park was free. Will definitely stay again when in Leicester.

   Decent hotel though didn't do room service when requested, shower wasn't working, couldn't alter the temperature so sweating at night, no one to check us out etc

   Rooms at any Premier Inn are adequate, this one being no exceptiona. However we paid £9.95 each for dreadful breakfasts. The bacon and sausages were cheap, tasteless and only just cooked. The only choice of eggs were anaemic looking scrambled eggs. There was very little choice of baked goods and the coffee was awful.
