   A mixed experience really. A few really lovely members of staff and then some. Paula on reception was absolutely lovely. Really welcoming, kind and warm - all you could ask from a receptionist welcoming you for a stay. The head chef, didn't catch his name was also lovely and helpful. The housekeeping staff always greeted you with a smile. The manager on duty and another receptionist were miserable. Didn't make us feel welcome at all, rude to be frank. I took my poorly toddler into the restaurant, had missed breakfast and was met with a short and sharp response of "we're closed". When I asked if we could have a later checkout because of my poorly son, they said it wasn't their policy. Totally understood, but there's human kindness and discretion that could take place, just a bit of compassion would go a long way. Great location, lots of local amenities around.

   Hotel is/was being worked on, and parking is a little limited but is free. Still a very good Permier inn stay. Good large room, nice bathroom and shower, all clean with a modern layout. Great bed.

   New layout of room, great big shower instead of a bath. Very good all round. Was having work done to the restaurant when we visited but it didn't impact out visit at all. Staff were very helpful.

   Comfy rooms, we stayed here for one night while visiting Glasgow. The only downside was the shower, the water was mostly too hot, with bursts of cold water creeping through, which made for an unpleasant experience. We had two rooms (another couple was with us), and they had the same issue.

   Continental breakfast wasn't worth buying. Cold, stale, dry pancakes. All staff seemed functional. No warmth whatsoever. Room was tidy. Nasty stain on wall. Extremely comfy bed and good bathroom.

   Location could be better described. If following postcode. Please drive into Beefeater and hotel is situated next to it. Car park is shared with Beefeater. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was amazing although have to request table service for hot food and not buffet style. Again, waitresses were amazing. Beware though, there seems to be a lack of irons and ironing boards available. Managed to get one temporarily on first day but none available the second.

   A lovely Premier Inn very close to all my family fory dad's 80th Birthday! They even got a card and a couple of chocolate bars for him to celebrate... Fantastic service from the receptionist.
