   Do NOT park your car here for airport parking. I deeply regret leaving my vehicle at this location. My car was broken into while parked here, and the damage and theft will likely cost me $200–$300 to fix. When I notified the front desk, the staff member told me to call the police—then returned inside, leaving me to wait alone outside until authorities arrived. As a 5’2” woman traveling alone and extremely jetlagged, I felt incredibly unsafe, vulnerable, and unsupported in that moment. This happened after I had just returned from an international trip—31 hours of travel from Camogli, Italy (departing at 2 AM local time) to Alabama (arriving home at 2 AM the next day, including an hour-long car ride and time spent talking to the police)—surviving on airport naps and overpriced coffee, only to find my passenger front window shattered even though I paid for airport parking. It appeared that one staff member was handling both the front desk and the airport shuttle, which caused long wait times and confusion. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this location to others, particularly solo travelers.

   Avoid this hotel if possible . I am normally not the review type of person ,but the experience in the hotel has forced me to write a review. The hotel has lost my laundry and when I spoke to reception staff (Margot) , she was behaving really rude.when asked if I could speak to a manager she got aggressive and started shouting as if it's my fault that the hotel has mixed all the laundry from all the rooms.food is also terrible .they will put dry burger in buns with no salad or sauce and slap it on your face. RECEPTION takes for ever to process your request .staff are miserable except few who are really good . Maybe it's a different experience for other guests, but dont expect good service when you check in .

   Heard and seen many bad reviews on quarantine hotels but can't complain about Ramada by Wyndham Birmingham. Food good apart from one evening when supper didn't arrive. Cold burger and fries are never going to be great. Staff friendly, but a bit of a communication issue. Room spacious and clean, windows open to allow fresh air.

   Absolutely Horrific! My husband is having to quarentine at the hotel. The food is disgraceful, security is rude. The fridge in the room doesnt work requests to have this seen to have been ignored, he is diabetic and needs to keep his insulin cold. The rooms are old and filthy! No one wants to be in quarentine and have to pay £1750 for the the stay but we have to. The least the hotel can do is make the stay bearable and provide decent meals to the paying customers!

   We really enjoyed our stay here again. I stayed with my future wife here on our 1st big date 10 years ago and it was just as great staying here back then as it is now. The room was more then adequate and had everything we needed for a restful sleep and a great relaxing time. The friendly helpful staff are awesome anything we needed they could fix literally in seconds. Nothing is a problem for this team. They even let me fix breakfast and take it back to my room on the second day which was really cool. Nothing beats a great full English in bed. Breakfast is really great with different options that cater for every taste and endless tea, coffee, juices and breakfast seconds and thirds if you're still hungry. I'm a veggie and my wife is a meat eater and we were both really happy with the menu options and they even made us veggie sausages. The hotel is situated in central Solihull. Everything you need is just a short walk away and you're closer to both the city and the beautiful surrounding countryside. We can both really recommend staying here for any occasion. We look forward to staying here again in the very near future.

   Don't let the outside deceive you! We have a deluxe suite here as we came away for an event. The staff were super friendly for the start and made check in quick and easy. The room was very nice although there was no fan or air conditioning but the staff later brought us a fan on request. Later on we decided to order food to the hotel where the hotel staff also worked to get us some cutlery. Overall would definitely recommend nothing seemed to much to ask and I will return.

   Pleasantly surprised! The room was very good for a standard double with a comfy bed, nice standard of bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. A good sized tv, mini fridge & safe. Nice view over the bowling green & nice and quiet. Reception was a quick & easy process with the added bonus of free parking. Can't comment on the hotel facilities as only stayed as a use for a night out in Solihull so room only

   Staff were more than helpful, especially Becky at the front desk, with info on buses and taxis. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and nicely decorated. Extremely quiet in our room, even with music going downstairs we slept right through. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and everything is Solihull is literally a minutes walk away. Will hopefully stay again and again.

   Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We had one of the town house suites and it was amazing. It was a Christmas treat for my boyfriend and myself. The hotel was extremely clean and the room was well stocked. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Food delicious and a lovely selection at both dinner and breakfast.
