   Awful place. Poor service. Bar staff won't come to you as a paying customer but expect you to go to them? Very strange in all the bar work I've done. Inconsistent prices for the same drink. Staff don't seem happy to be there. Dirty toilets. Was glad to leave.

   What's the point of having a DJ who doesn't play requests. Poor for a club called Popworld. Shame really could have turned a Mediocre night into a fun good night. Hopefully things improve. Bar staff are great good service.

   Honestly, wicked customer service from all staff especially Will on the outside bar he is brilliant. Even the management has high respect for him. Would definitely recommend popworld for a Solihull night out.

   Visited pop world last night with a group of friends, one of whom is disabled when confronted by the manager his attitude towards the group (of happy paying customers) was awfully rude had no intentions in trying to help my disabled friend, he then got a chair and put it by the front door essentially shipping her out. This made her feel disheartened as it was away from her group of friends. Would not plan on going back after the lack of professionalism from the manager, would make sure everyone knows about this situation especially my two sons who go out with there groups of friends around Solihull!

   Staff are so helpful and also so friendly. It’s actually so rare you go to a bar/club and staff are really friendly and welcoming. The owners should be so proud of the staff they have because I’d recommend it a hundred times over purely for that. It’s always a good night, music is so fitting to all age groups. So good!
