My little Jack Russell cross loves it here. She scratches the door to get in. Amy and Amy are true dog lovers. The pictures on Facebook are just the icing on the cake and I love seeing if I can spot Nancy on the pictures. The Halloween photos were brilliant too. Thank you ladies for giving me somewhere I feel happy to leave Nancy xxx
We were very pleased with the care Kitty and Ronnie received at Julianna’s Cattery. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to the wellbeing of the cats. Their accommodation was cosy and included a window leading to an outdoor area, which our cats really enjoyed. It was reassuring to know they were safe, comfortable, and well looked after while we were away. We would happily use Julianna’s Cattery again and highly recommend them to other pet owners!
Been using Juliannas now for over 4 years for our cat. She's a very nervous cat but is well looked after by all the staff here. I don't own a dog however whenever dropping off our cat the dogs always seem very keen to go on their little holidays here. They take good care of all the animals and would recommend to anyone who cares that their pet will get care and attention they deserve.
Julianna's is a brilliant place. The staff are very well qualified and really care about their doggy guests. The dogs are allowed to socialize in groups according to age, size and temperament.
Julianna's, you have found lifelong customers! Last time we were on holiday, we used another popular local kennels but were unimpressed- the dogs came back smelling and looking dirty, the blankets and bed we had sent them with were covered in urine- we just did not leave with a good feeling. We have felt the exact opposite way with Julianna's. The photo updates on Facebook are an absolute joy and so reassuring. The genuine care the staff show towards all the animals boarding is heartwarming. They really seem to have brought out the best in our usually quiet, anxious smallest chihuahua! Thank you all so much- we will never use anywhere else ever again!
Went to have a look around, to see if it was suitable, for our 7year old Burmese cat. We were greeted by one of the Amy's, I think there are three! She was lovely, obviously loved animals, which came out straight away. The whole place was impressive , very clean & spacious. Very organised. So, we have booked our Lulu in, for four weeks, this year. We felt very happy with that decision. See you all in July.

Refused to board both of my dog's again 'after what happened last time' in the words of the lady I spoke to on the phone. Then refused to pass me onto the Manager in question very unprofessional in my opinion. What happened the first time they boarded with you is that you sent them home in a disgusting state, covered in god knows what. I understand dog's make mess, but our dogs welfare and cleanliness is your responsibility while in your care but this was a joke - they have stayed in quite a few kennels since and not from 1 have they come home in the state they did with you. My youngest dog has severe allergies and the state they were left in caused her further complications, yet you are the victim here - which is the impression I got on the phone. I called to complain about this to be told to bring them back for a wash, they should have been checked before they left and not only that we don't live anywhere near where the Kennels are based. You should be grateful we even considered using you again after last time.
We've used Juliannas for many years and have always felt confident that our fur babies are in safe hands. The staff are all so kind and our dogs never seem stressed when we pick them up. We'd never use anywhere else and love the pictures on Facebook. The dogs obviously have a great time.
