   Knowing what I know now, as a dog groomer. I have to leave this review. I booked my 12 year old dog in for a groom with Impeccable Dog Grooming, and upon picking him up, the groomer said "have a think about whether it's worth it" implying grooming my senior dog was not worth her time as he was somehow too old, too unable to be groomed. Yet he lived another 5 happy years. In that time I trained to become a groomer, the best decision I ever made. I groomed a 12 year old dog recently, it was her final groom. And what an honour it was to be the person to pamper her and make her feel special. What an honour it was to return her to her family, happy and looking her best. I will never ever forget those words from that groomer. How deeply insensitive and upsetting. Never ever treat your clients this way. Ever.

   Brought my 15 year old yorkie to see Julia for his first groom in a long time. He gets quite nervous at the groomers but Julia was incredibly good with him, kept him happy and calm throughout the process and really took her time with him. She is extremely professional and made sure to cut his hair exactly how I wanted him. 10/10 service would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

   Great service, Julie is so good at dog grooming I have every confidence in her. When my dog Paddy goes to Impeccable Pets he is always happy as if he is gong to visit a family member Paddy was groomed today looks and smells lovely. Thank you Julie for another wonderful job.

   We’ve been taking our Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu cross to Julia for the last 2 years and I cannot recommend her enough! Bella always runs in wagging her tail and always has a lovely experience. Julia is very professional and knowledgeable and Bella always comes out looking so lovely. Julia is obviously very experienced in what she does and I can’t fault her at all.

   I would definitely recommend impeccable pets groomer to anyone who has a dog, Julia made my boy feel loved, safe and secure before grooming him which other groomers never did. When I picked my boy up the difference in him was amazing he looked perfect and the smell of him was absolutely beautiful. My boy was just as happy when I picked him up as to when I left him 100 percent will be taking my boy back. Well done inpeccable pets groomers!!!

   I sent my pom here last week, he was not bathed still had gunk in his eyes, nails not clipped & definitely not groomed came back looking the same as he went & cost £35! I certainly would NOT recommend
