   So happy we have such a fab groomers so near us. We’ve been taking Rowan since his first puppy groom, and every 6 weeks since (he’s now 1.5 years) They do such a great job and love seeing his little bandanas they put on him each visit.

   Took my dog Poppy to MK today for the first time. I was a bit nervous, and I can honestly say I shouldn't of been. They did an excellent job of a full groom, and Poppy looks absolutely beautiful.    We have been taking our dog here for many years. When we arrived for our appointment today we was 10 minutes late due to traffic congestion. Because we was 10 minutes late we was told they would have to charge us £5 extra! In my opinion if you start charging your customers an extra £5 every time they are 10 minutes late you will soon not have any customers left! Good luck with this business model & well done on losing a regular customer because as you know we will not be returning! The response to this review is shocking! My wife totally refutes your claim of being rude. When she arrived she apologised for being late & after being told of the £5 fine she said give me back our dog. It was only then the guy went to the manager who said they would not charge the £5. Over the years we estimate we have spent over £2k at your groomers & there has never been any mention of us being late for an appointment previously! When she collected our dog she simply said we will not bringing him back in the future. Not only does this £5 fine show a lack of valuing loyal customers but the response shows a total lack of customer service skills!

   I took our almost 1 year old cocker spaniel to MK for the first time this week, and they did a fantastic job! I asked for short and sleek on the body with a bit of length left in the ears and they completely delivered on that, and she looks amazing. Love the added touch of the neckerchief too, which our dog proudly wore on the walk home! Will definitely be booking in as a regular.
