   Ironically perhaps my dog loves the staff here! (Once she’s inside the door that is). From a human perspective, the staff are always polite and friendly and show real empathy to pet owners and the pets themselves. Can’t recommend these folks enough!

   We were treated very poorly at this vets after attending for an out of hours appointment with my dog. The vet was abrupt and unsympathetic, when I couldn’t afford the £2500+ emergency surgery my dog required, but started her on an expensive course of injections instead (not a cure for my dogs condition). I was distressed and felt uncomfortable due to the treatment I received. The vet did not save the results from my dogs ultrasound, despite charging me £150 for it, and didn’t even listen to her heartbeat during the appointment. I later got the treatment my dog needed elsewhere , for a third of the price and was treated with compassion. It took Yourvets 18 hours to send the referral to the new vets - whilst my dog was critically unwell I had to chase them for this. I have since raised a formal complaint and the response I have received is very disappointing - not addressing my concerns, covering over what happened and outright denying my truth. I would advise against taking any beloved animal here. We are now registered at 608 vets Solihull, and having a much better experience.

   Never will I bring an animal to this vets again. The staff are very rude & really do not know how to speak to people (apart from Sadie - who is lovely). A big shame as it was not like this a few years ago, they actually cared then. Please think twice before sending your loved ones here.

   We had to wait an hour above our appointment time due to staff shortages. Vet seemed weary of our dog (staffy) of 12yrs of age. The wait made our dog anxious when normally he is very relaxed on vet visits. Missed the friendly nature of regular vet Mat who always makes a fuss of Toby and puts him at ease.

   We've been using your vets for years (in Coventry before they closed). Sadly our cat had to be put to sleep last Saturday and all the staff were brilliant. The lovely receptionist, from taking our call that morning to saying good bye, was worth her weight in gold. Thank you for treating us with so much care and respect.

   I have to take my cat here regular, and sheldon branch and between the two branches looking after my cat, and having her eye out, they’ve always been really helpful and will answer any questions you have. The reception staff are lovely and welcoming, and the vets and vet nurses are kind and compassionate. Cannot thank them enough for the past three plus years of looking after nala !! X

   Very impressed with service provided, spoke to a really kind vet on Saturday evening who arranged an appointment for Sunday morning my cat was seen immediately with all staff being courteous and friendly. Unfortunately my cat crossed the rainbow bridge however the kindness and sensitivity shown by the staff made a sad experience more comforting.
