   I have been twice now at this vet surgery with my cat and each time had a great service. No waiting times and I am confident about the vets expertise. She was able to calm my cat very quickly and examined her thoroughly. Very friendly staff, good advice and does not feel like a rip off. Got a good course of treatment for my cat and very helpful advice.

   I took my very nervous Oriental Havana girl to see Angharad at Hall Green. She treated my baby with the utmost respect and care. I loved that I was listened to when I was asked questions about what was happening with my cat. Angharad was very helpful in a controlled way and managed a thorough examination by wrapping her in a towel assisted by a nurse (who was also lovely). I was as nervous as my cat - but there was nothing to actually worry about. I have been with the Fivelands Group for many years and would always highly recommend.

   Took my two rescue kittens. the vet was absolutely brilliant with lilly and ruby my brother recommended fivelands as used with Digby his cat. First consultation was really smooth and made the kittens relaxed as very nervous .recommended their pet plan with no obligation which I took them up on really recommended fivelands great service

   Visited the Hall Green centre and a huge thank you to Mandy and Dr Angharad Thomas. Dr Thomas is always calm, kind and professional and handles my adolescent excitable dog so well! She is also so reassuring and patiently answers all the questions asked.... such a credit to her profession. Thank you

   Although the centre itself is small, the vibe and hearts of the staff are very big and generous. I visited earlier this month for the second time with my tabby kitten for her vaccinations. As soon as we entered we were greeted with a smile and friendly welcome from the lovely lady at the reception desk. After a short wait, it was my kitten's turn to be seen and the vet was extremely helpful, kind and respectful towards my kitten and I. She was very gentle and it was easy to tell she genuinely cares about animal welfare and loves animals. I would highly recommend Fivelands Vets. In my experience, I felt rest assured my kitten was being handled well and we were all treated with respect.

   2 new kitten additions to the family meant looking for an appropriate local veterinarian. Fivelands has 2 branches close to us which is a major advantage as there will always be appointments available for us should the needs arise. They offer an amazingly good value Pet Health Club which allows you to spread the cost of vaccinations, chipping, worming and flea treatments for a whole year along with discounts on food and neutering procedures. The staff are extremely professional and helpful and my 8 year old went along armed with an array of questions which were all answered superbly well by the veterinarian. He left with a big smile on his face, content that he had learned something new about things that he loves. There are parking facilities right outside and the waiting area is fit for purpose, with obvious COVID restrictions suitably in place.

   There are so many wondeful vets and nurses within the Fivelands group, but I just wanted to say a big thank you to Angharad who has treated all three of our cats the last few months. Angharad is a wonderful vet with amazing communications skills. She is so thorough and really takes time to listen to you and learn about your pets behaviour, as well as assessing their clinical symptoms. She explains things so well and makes a good and clear joint plan with you. Thank you from our little trio!

   Had our puppy vaccinated here today after switching from a different vet company after a bad experience. Our experience at Fivelands was next to none. Angharad is a credit to your team. She completed a very thorough health check over the phone with me before I handed puppy over. This was incredibly reassuring and she answered all my questions and offered excellent advice. Even the receptionist was pleasant and ensured we waited in the warmth of the car rather than standing outside. Loved that we could place pup in the carrier whilst paying as well. Thank you. I hope the service continues in this manner :)
