   Genuinely one of the best veterinary teams I have seen with my animals. Vets, nurses & receptionists. Simin is such a wonderful vet, taking genuine interest and time to make sure she understood my concerns and then thoroughly communicating back to me what her thoughts were, next steps & results, ensuring I know at every stage what’s going on. One of the most caring vets I have ever seen. All the ladies on the reception desk are really knowledgable, helpful and also incredibly caring. The nurses ensured my cats were comfortable and ensured I had as much information as I needed/asked for. I really would recommend them to anyone.

   The vets are fantastic. However, the young receptionists are so rude. They are always speaking to you like you bother them. Each time I either call or go to pick up my cats treatment I get welcomed by rudeness. It’s sad to see that the front of house brings this place down because the owner of the practice, nurses and the vets are fabulous.

   I visited with my cat, Daisy today evening 17.10.25 to have to get her vaccinations done. I just wanted to express my gratitude to Simmi/Vicky for an outstanding experience at the vets for pets. They provided excellent customer service with exceptional care, upmost professionalism, empathy, and courtesy. They had such a lovely calm demeanour relieving my concerns, answering all my questions. They really went over and beyond at every moment right up from entering. Thank you Vicky/Simmi.

   Great service, I was offered an appointment the same week. They have a cat waiting area which was good. They gave me a tool so that I could give my cat the tablet easier, this really helped. Friendly staff who were able to answer my questions.

   My dog had a procedure today in the hands of Jules and his team to which I was absolutely dreading going ahead with as I was worrying so much about how things will go but i honestly don’t know where to start.I just want to thank the main Man himself jules who is the practice owner as well the main vet who did The procedure on milo today but also a massive thank you to his staff he has a great group of people working at stechford branch.Jules is such a amazing talented vet but most of all his such a great man who gives such amazing service by talking you through everything also reassuring you everything will be fine during the procedure to which you want to hear help you keep calm but I honestly can’t recommend this man highly enough this man is a vet who is not in this to rip customers off he dose it for the love he has for his job but most all the love he has for the animals and goes that extra mile I was lucky milo was in the hands of such a great amazing vet with a great team behind him and now I'm sitting here with milo lying by my side thank you so much again jules and team simon and milo ❤️

   i really would’ve loved to give this place a higher rating but unfortunately i wouldn’t be able to. the good thing was that i was able to get an appt the same day due to my cat limping around the house. was called into the consultation room quite fast. my cat does get quite nervous at the vets but the vet seemed to be shocked that my cat had scratched him (which should kind of be expected) and wasn’t able to do a full assessment. was charged £40 for a basic temp and weight check. also £20 for pain relief but i would’ve appreciated a more thorough check for my cat as the issue hasn’t seemed to be resolved. perhaps offering an alternative way to check out my cat thoroughly.

   5 star treatment. My cat had an emergency and was taken into surgery straight away, Dr Yulian was great and very reassuring. My cat is now healthy again and Ill be bringing him regularly here for checkups.
