My dog is an absolute pain when it comes to going the vets, the staff here have amazing patience with her even when she is being a diva. Shes a large dog so can be intimidating but they are good with her
we had a lovey caring service , the lady on reception was so lovely welcoming and the female vet was so professional, caring towards Tom Tom , professional and informative The service was exceptional
Took my 9 week kitten for it's injection course and flea and worm, the vet was pleasant, treated us nicely and answered our questions, was an enjoyable experience for first time at the vet and the receptionist welcomed us in and helped us with our payment

All the team at fivelands vets genuinely care about your animals and will go to great lengths to ensure their health and comfort. On the day of my rats' neutering appointment I arrived to find the vet eagerly awaiting the arrival of the boys, ready to greet them and provide me with all the information necessary for my peace of mind. They made a speedy recovery showing how well they must have been taken care of while there and we have been back for a couple of complimentary check ups afterwards to make sure they are healing nicely. Couldn't ask for a better service.
