They close between 1pm & 2pm but not what google or Boots phone line says. So you don't find this out until you turn up between those times. I get they deserve a lunch hour but then the public should be made aware of this. It's very frustrating. Staff aren't particularly friendly or helpful but they do their job for the most part

Absolutely appalling customer service. Wanted to purchase some eyedrops, to be told my eyes look fine! By a completely unqualified member of staff who was rude and misinformed. I've sent an email to Boots head office regarding this matter.

I actually have started using Boots after changing chemist due to them never having my medication when I go to get my repeats! My doctor couldn’t get my independent chemist to stay ticked so I agreed to using Boots. This time they didn’t even have my prescription so I ended up having to sit in line on the phone to my doctors. My prescription had been sent. I went in for the second time to collect my prescription and they didn’t have my medication. I said I would return the following day, I was still kept waiting whilst they had to put the prescription up. This was all at two different Boots, one being my own in Birmingham the second at my parents as I ended up staying there in an emergency. Not a great service I will be changing back to an independent chemist.

Use this for my prescriptions, and never had an issue, staff always helpful, it is only a shoe box of a shop so would have thought that many lines are not sold here due to this.

Just a response to the negative reviews, they are obviously rushed off their feet. Having to work with the NHS which has a system that is outdated and slow. They are doing their best and have been pleasant to me whenever I have visited which is now once a month. Give them a break and maybe ask how their day is going. Opens at 8:30 not at 8:00 as the Google page says
