   This store never opens at their scheduled time. Three times I went there it was closed. It said it opens at 10 am. I waited for an hour and it's still not open. If the owner could see this review, I would suggest sticking to your scheduled time. You're working with a delivery service (Evri). You should respect customers' time. I'd never go there again. Thanks.

   0/5 Not reliable shop at all ! It was closed twice during the week and no notice at all , no contact number to call . I went to collect a parcel from here and it wasn't there , they said it must have been sent back but it hasn't . They took down proof of delivery and my parcel was able to find it . Very disappointed and annoyed! Don't leave parcels here !! And it's a must for contact information!

3. Hi There ★☆☆☆☆

   My parcel was meant to be delivered here but the business was closed causing my parcel to be sent back. This is the second time this has happened. The man behind the counter is rude. My child touched some biscuits on the shelf and I was telling him to stop as i know he will make the display messy and this man shouted "stop touching everything please!!" Very rude and grumpy.

   Do yourself a favour and walk up to tesco, went to counter with £13 worth of items, had £10 in English notes rest I had was Scottish (Legal UK Tender) Refused to accept the legal Sterling currency.. The attitude to this is not acceptable.. Iam all for supporting small business but when this is the way they treat you why bother.

   " 35p "* what is this maniac "lady" talking about. It's not their machine. Learn how to use the machine, before acting like an absolute "@#%£..BLEEP ... BLEEP@#£%) Karen is an understatement!! Karen Karen Karen. (ONE OF THEM HORRIBLE KARENS THAT RETURNS GOODS CONSTANTLY, DESTROYONG SMALL BUSINESS'S) IM DISGUSTED. Reading some of these reviews I'm appauled. Hard working couple, with young family, grafting to provide a great service. Immaculate store. One of the only shops in the area. The Hermes machine is always spotlessly clean and super easy to use as they've good Internet. The couple are super helpful. YOU CANNOT HELP SOME CUSTOMERS.. I SEE OT ALL THE TIME. I SHIP 50+ PACKAGES PER WEEK AND SOME OF THE KARENS I SEE, HEAR, IN STORE ARE UNBEARABLE. WE HAD CVD19 AND THEY STILL ALLOWED (PACKAGE RETURNERS) WE ALL KNOW THE SCAERS YOU ARE !! Thank you both. I love your style. I really hope these vile creatures act correct. Cheers

   Both owners got attitude problem, even when you are polite to them. Used to go to shop regularly and quite often seen them argue with customers over petty things … To say the least they commented “you can never make a customer happy” and you do not provide a free parcel collection service to customers. Hermès pays you 35p per parcel and offcourse that’s charged to customers. So stop saying to customer you provide a free service …

   Went in after work to send a package and was stood next to the Hermes machine struggling to locate my QR code. Man told me quite abruptly I need to leave as I can't spend "this long" in the shop. Shouldn't be open during lockdown if you can't have customers in for 10 mins doing what they need to do or should put a sign up if time will be limited. I was planning on purchasing quite a few items after but the unwelcoming atmosphere put me right off.
