Always friendly staff. They know me by sight and just bring the shopping to me. Even the dogs have got used to them giving them a treat (mine but dogs don't know)

They didn't have the nappies I needed in stock! Considering they are a big store, I thought they'd have their own brand of nappies in!
As busy as usual. Masks hardly being worn, mostly just mouths covered, staff are not bothered much either.
Pickers place heavy items on top of soft items such as bread. Had a cauliflower which was off and looked older than a 2 week cauliflower I had in the fridge
Should have been a delivery 1-2pm, received a text at 1.59pm saying could not deliver, but can collect from customer services, or refund in 5DAYS. Decided to collect as did other customers, two hour wait and finally got my order???? Long wait but some people had been waiting 4 hours..???
