Fantastic spot in Boldmere! The avocado on toast was absolutely perfect — fresh, generous, and beautifully presented. Coffee was excellent too, smooth and full of flavour. Great atmosphere and friendly service — easily one of the best brunch spots around.
Go here regularly on a Saturday - great coffee, bakery items (get there in the morning for sourdough!), and food. Lovely staff and nice atmosphere. Oh and very reasonably priced!! :)
Just called here on spec, what a lovely find. The Deli was very busy which is always a good sign and we saw why. The Latte was the best I've ever tasted, and the cakes we had were delicious. The staff were all so polite and attentive we would highly recommend this little gem.
I have had 2 wonderful experiences with the Deli. Firstly they hosted and catered my baby shower which was wonderful. The food was so lovely I knew they needed to cater my childs christening. I have never seen a buffet disappear so quickly, people couldn't get enough it was so tasty and presented beautifully. There was so much food, all to an amazing quality. Everyone was raving about it and said it was the best spread they have ever seen. Thank you so much to Matt and his team. 100% recommended and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
The deli is honestly the best place I have been to in Birmingham. Staff are great, food is delicious and the drinks are well priced and great. If you want a beautiful coffee or an ice cold beer they’re done to perfection. I love coming back to this place and my first time in I felt like a local. Would recommend the Deli 100%
Food was nice but the place needs a good clean!
Quite slow with the service, with only one customer being served. Was going to have a filter coffee to take away, but the price (£2.40) put me off. On a positive note: excellent selection of cakes, condiments and interesting snacks. Bought a fiery mustard that tastes exactly like it said in the tin! When I return, I will edit this review
The Deli Social is a gem; a modern day brunch spot par excellence. Don’t take my word for it; pop your head in on a Saturday or Sunday morning and try find a spare seat. Yep, it is packed, but why? Could it be the deliciously prepared locally sourced foods. Coffees prepared with flair. It’s range of sweet and savoury baked goods? It’s everything I love in a modern cafe and best of all it’s here in my homeland.
