The service was excellent served and seated very quickly by the barista i was served by jack who was very efficient at making our drink so me and my wife could be seated and enjoying the coffee.
Very bad experience at Costa Coffee. I visited on Monday morning with a valid app voucher, but the manager refused to honour it. She was rude, unprofessional, and didn’t even try to help or explain. It felt like she just didn’t care. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand. False promises, poor service, and a complete lack of respect for customers. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly suggest others think twice before visiting this branch.
We only stopped here because we couldn’t find a decent independent coffee shop. Costa Coffee is good not great but what it has going for it is the seating area. I find that the cakes and food are very bland compared with other good independent shops, Costa needs to do better.
Went here today to meet with friends & have a catch up over coffee. Very busy & loud. Service was very good & all the staff had a smile on their face. Quite a few customers eating food from other places, which seemed very rude.
Very nice staff always attentive, nice and relaxing coffee and other treats. Tables always cleared and cleaned quickly.
Small cafe can get very busy and have now dropped all the screens for Covid. Will not be going again until I've had my next jab
Rather expensive for a regular specialty coffee. I considered the vitamin B12 coffee (see photos), but at £3.95 for a regular size, I declined. I had a Flat White for £2.80 I won't return until the restaurant has a selection of value for money coffees. This may happen when the pubs are allowed to trade. You can pay with cash. Good selection of sweets treats
Excellent coffee shop perfect location in Boldmere high street. Very busy and the atmosphere is great. Hot toasties are available different types of seating from sofa to chairs and service was fast and good.
