Old lady behind the counter is always in a bad mood when she serves me I’m Asian and feel like I’m being treated differently because of the colour of my skin all the English people she treats them nicely
Staff are miserable. They make you feel like it’s a chore to collect your item. Today I was told by Sonia ‘oh you have another one’. Such an inconvenience to do your job. Awful service
I had an issue with an Amazon gift card bought from another store, the manager took the trouble to find out how to resolve the issue and called me with the details. I really appreciated this, thank you.
An old lady working behind the counter puts things in plastic bags for all the English people, but she doesn't do it for me, who's Asian, and leaves it to me. She always does it. Racism is not a nice thing to do.
The Sainbury's Bank cashpoint had run out of £10 notes, and the shop won't change the twenty for two tens. Life goes on. I don't really care about Sainsbury's petty polices. I can leave a review to show them I'm annoyed and then forget :-)
They have a good assortment of meat and vegetables and also liquor and beer. Very convenient in the neighborhood.

Shop here 3-4 times per week and have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful. During these unprecedented times they have remained so, despite some unnecessary abuse from the public that I have witnessed! Always well stocked and good quality fresh food.
