   Small mature lady with black hair who works the morning behind the till , she is so rude !! Looks down on people has a very negative attitude and a massive chip on her shoulder. She either needs a big hug because she has lots of problems in her life or to be dismissed!! She makes me and others feel uncomfortable!! It's a shame because the other workers in the shop are lovely ! One bad apple definitely ruins the crop in there !!

   I came in late at night with my bsf and the security guard was unnecessary staring me down and as I payed for all of my stuff and walked out of the shop he called me back in and in a threatening manner said YOU GOTTA PROBLEM. racial profiling

   I went to this tesco to buy a redbull around 22:57 and it was closed. They mentioned closing time is 23:00. I asked sequrity man to open and serve me because they closed before their time but he didn’t.

   I am a regular shopper of this local shop. However, today i just met one of the most rude stuff. She was getting rid of of some cardboard boxes, so i ask her to have one to carry the few things i just bought and my bag was too small for them. But she ripped the box and told me to buy a bag "buying a bag for 30p is not bad idea.." i looked with a shock while she continued to throw other rude comments with a sarcastic smile on her face. Just left the shop without buying anything. To avoid pointing to the wrong stuff (white female/black hair in her late forties)

   Some of the staff are so rude (specially Jay)this Tesco is my local shop ,I have to change my shopping store as I feel so bad when I go there.I hope the manager can speak with him as I saw he is the same with other customers as well.the most important thing is customer service and hospitality which I cant see that in this store.many thanks

   Just refused service for buying alcohol. I am a 24f female buying alcohol with my boyfriend 25m. We've always had problems with this tesco, mainly with staff looking like they were held their against their will/not interested, but when purchasing alcohol in supermarkets you need ID of the person purchasing which I did provide. My partner did not have his, which shouldn't have mattered. There's no mystery to this, I shall not return. Thanks so much I guess?

   Hand sanitizer and masks available as you walk in. Bizarrely, uncovered pastries for sale, which is not a good idea considering the current situation regarding Covid. Anyone could cough, sneeze or touch these pastries which would inevitably spread germs. On a positive note, you can pick up the occasional bargain here.
