Felt like we are paying our money to get disrespected and yelled at. I think the management really to need have a look into their customer service immediately. Rest of the reviews here say the same. Really disappointed the way the staff were behaving. Another day I called them to ask about a prescription and this lady asked me spell my name, no βpleaseβ or βcan youβ just βSPELL THE NAMEβ as soon as I did she started screaming through the phone saying sheβs hasnβt got the computer on. Why ask me to the spell the name then?

Shocking customer service.The oneβs serving on the till are very Ignorant and should go on a people skills course.Would like too say these are one offs but always seem too get the same service.Perhaps Boots are poor employers and they are under pressure too get you out the shop quickly and take your money.Look for other employment If It makes you that miserable.

possibly the rudest staff ever to be working for a healthcare service instead of offering helpful advice they were rude, dismissing ,intimidating when all that was needed was some helpful kind advice on what to do. No one should go to this pharmacy if you need help as the pharmacist is unhelpful and her staff have no politeness in their mannerisms .

This used to be a quick and efficient pharmacy.What has happened ? Staff appear overwhelmed by volume of work.I was informed the last time I visited that prescriptions will now take a minimum of 7 days to receive and prepare !! Why is there such a long time scale? I cannot reorder prescriptions from my G.P. until the due date but I am now about to run 7 days behind due to this anomaly.I cannot order repeat prescriptions on the N.H.S. app until the system allows me to do so.Why ?

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Apart from one lady assistant and one Manager called Chen I believe ,the whole team need to be sent on customer service courses or replaced. They leave you standing at the counter whilst they faff about,they never have full eye contact and your prescriptions are rarely ready on time. I have had to move before I blew my top at them. If I was the CEO of boots I would close this branch. Never again will I enter!
