I was pleasantly surprised in receiving my medication on a Saturday evening, (out of usual opening hours). They definitely go above and beyond at this chemist for thier customers and patients. Mr Sattar's commitment to his patients is exemplary.

I've been getting prescriptions from here my whole life, never once had an issue! Every time they've had supply issues or have had to delay my prescription for any reason, the staff have been friendly and will call me as soon as it's resolved :)
I asked for advice on an issue that did not warrant a GP visit as per NHS guidelines. The pharmacist could not have been less interested or indifferent. I did get the product I needed but felt a nuisance. No basic manners or politeness. Wish I had taken my query and money elsewhere.

I ordered a repeat prescription from my GP this morning and by 4pm this afternoon the items were delivered to me on my doorstep by Northbrook Pharmacy - you can't do better than that!! Thank you Northbrook, brilliant and helpful service always.

My daughter from Manchester has been staying with us, and she was taken ill this week. Also her newborn needed new formula because of the extended stay. Karen at Northbrook went about and beyond the call to help us, she couldn't have done more. And Northbrook have been a lifeline with their delivery service for my husband's medicines during lockdown.
