   I get my prescriptions here and the staff are friendly and helpful. There can be a bit of a wait here when collecting my prescription but I imagine there's a lot for the staff here to get through. The main thing is that I'm able to get it on time so that I don't run out of what I use. I live just a few minutes walk from here so it's convenient.

   I’m elderly and sometimes have trouble speaking clearly. The other day, a man answered the phone at this pharmacy and was so patient with me. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail. I live alone and don’t really have anyone to help. In other healthcare places, I often feel rushed, dismissed, or not treated very kindly because I struggle to speak properly and I can be forgetful, so this was a refreshing change. I wish I remembered his name! When I asked if he was the pharmacist, he told me he was a dispenser. Thank you so much for your service! Brilliant pharmacy, happy to be one of its patients!

   Great local pharmacy. Initially a few teething problems when taking over from Lloyds however I have seen a major improvement in the service. The ladies behind the counter are brilliant and friendly. If medicine isn't in stock it's usually there the next day. Recently used the 111 service during the weekend as I had forgotten to order my childs repeat prescription. Friendly pharmacist was a great help and gave me a 7 day prescription the same day giving me enough time to request the medication.

   It’s not at the high end pharmacy where everyone is well trained, they are at learning curve and possibly have reached at their maximum level , and don’t react to well if you have written any thing about them! I still I have given you 3 stars , considering your condescending behaviour, taking pictures of your customers with your phone and getting them to write there names on paper an in a instant payment in your bank account, ! Does that ring ! B.I.D/ council snitch is rewarding and help to get jobs for families, you have become bullies, that’s why I have chosen another pharmacy,,

   I have been with yew tree 8 years now and have never had a problem with them they are all very helpful friendly and nothing is too much trouble.    Have been using yew tree since they opened. They are the best! Amazing customer service and so on the ball. Nothing is a problem for them! They looked after my mom’s medication so well whilst in palliative care too. They never let us down when we needed-even had private chats with me to support my emotional needs. Highly recommended!
