   These guys are brilliant . Not my chemist but always have to come here as my chemist never has my medication . These allway have and open till 10pm . Parking can be a bit of a problem that's all

   Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. The staff are very rude and never get your prescription ready on time. Always have to chase them up for it days on end. They lie to you and say it’s been delivered, When it hasn’t. They couldn’t manage a piss up in a brewery never mind a Pharmacy. Place needs shutting down.

   The service here is shocking. My elderly father is suppose to get his repeat prescription ordered and pharmacy delivery it every month. For the last 4 months now my dad has not been having it delivered on time so going 4-5 days without no medication and I would have to call up every month to chase it up or collect it myself. Today has been i think the icing on the cake as you would say. Where i put a note in my diary for 1 week before he would run out to contact doctors orderd prescription which i did Monday, then 2 days later i contacted the pharmacy to make sure prescription has been received there end. Firstly I was told yes it's been done and delivered, i said no it hasnt. Then it was let me just check then another lady came on the phone and said she was preparing it now and it will be delivered today (Wednesday). Fast forward next day went to my dad's no tablets, called pharmacy oh hasn't it been delivered, I will call the driver and call you back. Get call back 6 hours later to ask has it been delivered yet, I said well not in last 3 hours no. I was then asked when does he run out I said Saturday, she said ok can you come pick it up Friday as driver don't work Fridays so it won't be delivered till Monday now. So even calling 1 week in advance to make sure everything is done properly still not. Once or twice ok a mistake but not 4 times. The consistent failure to deliver medication on time each month is a serious issue, as it disrupts people’s treatment schedules and puts their health and wellbeing at risk. I hope something is done and the running of this pharmacy is looked at closely to avoid any more mishaps

   everytime i am sick and need help they refuse to help me. the woman working is incompetent. told me my symptoms were an allergy but i was then later prescribed antibiotics from 111 explaining the same symptoms. i was also referred by 111 for a ‘pharmacist consultation’ meanwhile the consultation lasted 30 seconds and the same woman told me to go contact a doctor. if it was that easy i wouldnt have wasted my time trying to help myself using 111 or the pharmacy!!

   Rude Staff specially the locum pharmacist. They employ teen age boys telling they are apprentice but my question is what is apprentice doing at pharmacy 9.30 pm. And why apprentice is allowed to look at the patient prescriptions ; it’s a total violation of regulated environment. I will be reporting this pharmacy for not following apprenticeship rules and mid management.

   Would avoid if you are on life preserving medication. They take up to a week if not more to deliver medication. Used to be good but have suddenly turned diabolical. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

   Never been to a worser chemist before!!! I will not recommend to anyone to shop here, really bad service and very rude staff , why are they late night if they cannot handle the pressure of being busy with long hours.
