   Use this boots alot as i go through Dudley to get to work. I wanted some cold tablets which was behind counter had to stand in queue for prescriptions it was a long queue only one on phamacy. A sales assistant was near me asked if she could serve me said no i had to wait in the queue couldnt believe it do you work in boots or not what a joke she had served me before on that counter . Why cant people just be kind

   Buying orajel and ibuprofen felt more like I was trying to buy smack rather than a mild pain reliever. Disgusting service where I was made to feel like an itchy addict and served with a sneer more than a smile.

   Terrible service ordered a prescription online supposed to be ready in 24 hours and receive a text when ready. Been over 24 hours and no text. Went in Pharmacy is empty but still took 20 mins to put a box of tablets in a bag won't be using again

   I went into boots this morning when it opened at 9 and it had not been cleaned there was dirty masks on the floor,tags and receipts I would not even give it 1 star

   Wait times are a joke on the pharmacy, on more than one occasions they have said they haven’t got prescription until they have looked again and it’s turned up. Silly that you have the wait in pharmacy queue to get pain killers from behind counter. The tills that are open never have staff on as they are stocking shelves and seem oblivious to customers

   I always find that the staff in boots are friendly and helpful, and the store is kept clean and tidy. The main issue with this store however is the queues and waiting times for prescriptions. Despite having 2 or 3 tills at the prescription counter, there only ever seems to be one in use and customers are left waiting quite some time.

   Pharmacy. This store used to message customers to let them know when prescriptions have arrived but last year started failing to do so. Not exactly local but the nearest Boots so a bit awkward when someone can't get through by phone to find out if they need to make a special trip to collect or not. Suspect they are overextended and it may be better if you're in this position to go elsewhere for your repeat prescription
