Called to pick up my prescription this morning and found the service both friendly and efficient with only a few minutes wait while other customers were attended to. Certainly not a reflection of the poor reviews posted though some months ago.

Service seems to have improved. It was nice to go in and be treated with friendly and prompt service. Shelves are a bit empty but I appreciated that the pharmacy was too, compared to the usually overcrowded state due to long wait times. When I went in someone had just been served and was leaving. Good to see things looking better, I hope this is a good sign of an upward trend is service.

I have had several incredibly frustrating experiences with Murray’s Pharmacy this past couple of years. I had an urgent prescription sent by my doctor, but it was completely overlooked. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my prescription, I was given the wrong medication—medication that was owing from a previous prescription and not the one I urgently needed. They never answer their phones but they soon called me for their grave mistake and yet I was blamed for their error. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and I was forced to endure endless waiting times every time I visited. I’ve had multiple occasions where they didn’t have prescriptions available when I needed them most. I’m done with Murray’s Pharmacy and will be switching to Priory Pharmacy, who have been far more reliable, helpful, and always available on the phone.

Murray’s Pharmacy has become increasingly worse over the past couple of years. Waiting for medication is a constant issue, and it feels like you’re always left waiting around for long periods. They never answer their phones, but will call you when it’s convenient for them. The staff are rude and unhelpful, with the exception of one very nice lady who, frankly, seems as stressed as everyone else due to how poorly the pharmacy is run. Most people who go in seem angry because of the poor service, and it’s clear this place isn’t organised at all. I’ll definitely be changing to a more reliable pharmacy going forward.

I was very disappointed with my mother's experience when collecting my medication. It hurts me to leave such a negative review as I had a great relationship with the old staff. My mum was first told I didn't have a prescription in the system and was asked to leave, until she got me on the phone and they soon changed their tune. Meanwhile other customers were being turned away and given the same lame excuse. It's almost as if the staff don't want to be there. This whole experience took over 30mins and they locked the door to close early. Service provided isn't worth it. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy, maybe The Post Office service will be worth a try. As a disabled customer, I'm very disappointed

When sorry isnt good enough and incompetence is to a degree that it puts your life in danger. Got no insulin, oh well Got no pregabalin and it's a weekend, 'sorry' go have withdrawals somewhere else. You would think they were selling out of date food because they don't understand the implications of their Incompetence. Don't put your health in the hands if there staff, especially Paula.

This place honestly doesn’t even deserve the 1 star ⭐️ The main pharmacy guy needs to go, honestly he is rube & obnoxious and brings the place down! Get him out so the place can run smoothly and everyone can get there medication on time!

Drove here after work, arrived for 6.37pm to collect much needed HEART meds. Absolute joke, shut the shop early with no advanced notice or explanation. I’m asking them to return the script to the spine and NEVER using this place again. Trust the 1 star reviews and do the same. The meds are obviously for a poorly person. Ridiculous.

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. My single visit was enough to ensure I shall nominate another pharmacy. Very poor service from unhelpful, dismissive and ( if I heard it correctly, untruthful) staff. I am unable to post the minus 5 stars that is their due.

I’m afraid to say my review isn’t any better than any of the others on here. Awful service, went twice to collect my prescription to be told it hadn’t come in, so in the third time I asked what that meant to be told that “ all but one of the items on my prescription were either discontinued at that chemist or discontinued altogether”. I replied “ oh it would of been nice to of known this on my first visit so I could of got it sorted instead of being left without dressings”. I was told I could take the prescription and try elsewhere or ask my dr for another alternative for the several items. The one item they did have , that they showed me and said I could with me, I still ended up leaving without cause although she was holding it in her hand I was told I’d have to wait 15 mins to take it with me. I replied that I’d pop bk as I only live 2 mins away. My partner has been in tonight to collect for me to now be told that they don’t have it in stock as there’s a distribution problem with it even though she had it in her hand ready to give me on Tuesday . Every single item iv requested from this pharmacy iv been told has been discontinued or there’s distribution problems with it. Awful practice and honestly don’t know how they’re still going with the amount of bad reviews. I wouldn’t even leave one star unless I had to in order to have my say , cause I personally think it’s shocking!!!
