Ordered shopping from here as I always do only to have £21 worth of food not delivered, although not a lot I always spend over £200 on shopping. most of my frozen items are missing from my order. Tried to arrange a refund through the online service but instantly got rejected! I order from Argos every 2 weeks and never request refunds nor had any problems before. Absolutely disgusted. Used the express service as I missed my slot the night before.

Staff are rude and seem to be judging everyone that walks through the door. I told the woman my name and she got really annoyed and said she didn’t have an order for my name then said look for a new name and she moved on to the next customer. I looked (knowing what my own last name is) and said to her my name is what is it and I can’t change it as that’s what my order is under I repeated my name then she went oh I didn’t hear the last bit. So it’s my fault she misheard me say my own name. She then changed her tune and gave me my order. I then had to go back in as I forgot something so went I went to self serve check out there was a weight discrepancy and she could see everything I had on the scales and what was on the screen but still looked me up and down with a dirty look. Really disappointed as this is the reason I now shop at Aldi as it seems to be all Asda workers as I go to other stores and all staff are the same.

My first ever negative review of anywhere. I don’t write them but feel I have to on this occasion as it’s been 6 hours and I’m still upset and thinking about my visit to this store. I attempted to purchase a box of 2 Birdseye chicken quarter pounder burgers that were on roll back to £1.98 original price £2.74. Got to self checkout and they scan at £2.74. I ask the attendant to check the price for me. She picks up a hand held machine and scans the box. ‘They’re scanning at £2.74, they’re £2.74’ is her reply. I said, ‘I’ll go back and check the shelf’. Low and behold, the price and description is that of the item so I took a picture (attached proof) to show the attendant. When I get back to my self checkout, a different attendant was there, so I explained that the item had scanned at the pre roll back price and is incorrect. I showed her my photo proof of the item on the shelf. The new attendant explains that they’ve had sooo many incorrect prices lately and proceeds to change to the correct price. At this point, the original attendant runs back saying ‘they’re £2.74! Look (scans with the hand held machine) £2.74’ I show her the photo of the product on the shelf and she zooms in on the ticket on my phone which says the product description and the product weight (227g) that matched what I had picked up. She says ‘it doesn’t say 2 burgers, it’s for something else!’ I’m thinking whaaat??? I’m completely baffled and confused as to why this person was being so rude to me. I said to her ‘can I take you to the product to show you that it’s the correct label?’ To which she said ‘no! I have already scanned it and it’s £2.74’ I looked at my husband and we just said take it off! I’m not paying more than the advertised price. It was obvious to me that the roll back price had been taken off but the label had not been changed. They will continue to charge the wrong price for this item because most people don’t check their receipt. Very upset by this visit today and still thinking about it.

Sallyanne was extremely helpful today when I was struggling with the process of returning an item of clothing. She took the time to support me twice and was genuinely so nice and thoughtful. She is an absolute credit to the team.

Every time I order from here, whether its om the website or uber eats I never get what I order. If you call the store they don't help. If you go into the store they always have what you never received from your delivery. Its like your not a priority if you don't visit the store. Won't waste time or money here again.

I'm wondering if this place is closing down sometimes? It's a decent enough supermarket for the size and the closest one for us apart from Aldi. but the whole "trolley Fiasco" has literally been going on for months. They have even put £ coin locks on them (which is another hinderance but fine to deal with) but there arent any new trolleys so unless you go mega early, you have to queue and wait for people to finish. this is a bit poor and although we like the rewards app and the wife has blue light card we just go elsewhere sometimes. Hence why we wonder if this is due to close down as there seems to have been no attempt to get new trolleys in over a few months. we have a young child and there is no way we can just stand around waiting for some1 to finish, stalking them to their car and watching them unload

The scan and go really needs looking at, compared to competitors, pretty poor, performance wise. Problems I had, removing items mission, getting a device it's just to slow and cumbersome. Just gave up with it yesterday. When it comes to check out what is with the multiple scanning. Scan the till now the till scans the barcode on the device. Repeated questions on both handled and device. Also, was late to store yesterday (After 19.30) and get they have to stock the shelves at some point but having pallets and cages so you can't get to stuff is pretty smart retail. Self serve great but if I ended up waiting longer than checkout what's the point, besides Asda padding it's bottom line. Was back there again and the handheld machines have improved. Still along way to go but a small improvement. Also seemed busier than ever, but that is Christmas for you.

Great store, great staff, good variety of stock and good prices. But no trolleys, which means everything I've written up to this point was a waste of time. If you can't find a trolley, how are you meant to shop?

Love the asda pounds not points app easy to use. As people not all got smart phones they need to make a card so everyone gets to use it. Good layout in store and prices and a variety of products to choose from. Would recommend using the store.

Large store with big car park and a farmacy. Petrol station not far. What I think outside the store could be more cleaner and several times I didn't find any of the items who supposed to be reduced in price (but they was advertised)
