Attended after a 111 prescription was sent through and as soon as I stepped in, no one was present and had to wait. When the staff member came to the counter, she had terrible attitude and was very rude. She eventually walked out the back in a strop. They don’t know what customer service is, especially when people feel at their worst.
I went in with a private prescription, the pharmacist wasn't able to process it. The instructions were clear as went to the latenight pharmacy afterwards and they processed it within 5 minutes. All it was, me giving them a otp that he would have been prompted to ask me. Pharmacist had no self confidence also. I usually don't review but this is my 2nd negative experience here.
Came in on Saturday morning for help treating a sprained ankle. Recieved friendly and professional advice from the pharmacy assistant. The pharmacy looked clean, tidy and modern.
Awful do not go here! I have had several incidences of awful customer service here. Always escalated to their manager in store but nothing happens. Lies about medication, opening times random and never stick to them, no reason to close as usually more than 1 pharmacist working, staff argumentative. Terrible service. DO NOT go to this pharmacy for medication. I have been given the runaround by them today. When I tried to phone them after my visit, they answered the phone and then immediately hung up on me, not once but THREE times. Their defence, when I did get through, was that they had other customers in the store who needed serving. I said that is acceptable and understandable, but instead of just answering and immediately hanging up on people, they could have politely said "I'm serving someone at the moment, could you hold please?" Abysmal outlet. AVOID!!

Abysmal customer service in this place. The front counter is often unmanned. Today I went in to grab something and stood at the front counter for 5 minutes before just giving up and deciding to take my custom elsewhere.
Staff member walks over and switches door of as I pull up @ 8:55 PM when it says the pharmacy closes at 9:00pm. Absolute disgrace
I'm giving 5⭐ star, get my prescription from doctors across the road, delivered to this chemist, haven't had not one problem apart from today, a missing item, rang them up, problem was sorted right away, nothing is to much trouble for them, thank you Asda Pharmacy.
