   Do not use this chemist. Lately they’re barley open , they don’t answer the phone and if you do catch them open 9/10 times there isn’t a pharmacist on site to sign the medication off or they don’t have the item in stock. They have never been the best but now they are by far the worst. It says there open online but when you get there it’s all in darkness and they are not open they’ve only been opening for a couple of hours lately and they have barley any stock in either. Thanks to this chemist not being open I’ve been unable to collect my medication I need and have been left in pain and very uncomfortable. I’m now having to wait for my prescription to be sent elsewhere so I can get the medicine I need but these once again are not open. Highly recommend you don’t use them and go elsewhere instead.

   Advertised Opening hours aren't true. Often closed. A poster on the door simply saying 'we are closed today' No apology - No date of reopening. Phone plays the same message whether they're open or closed. No way of contacting them to check if they're open before you travel to it. After several days I managed to catch them open only to be told they didn't have my item in stock (It was ordered 2 weeks previous) given a slip of paper to get my prescription from another chemist. Gave them feedback asking can they at least take 2 minutes of their time to update their on line opening hours so people don't have to keep taking wasted journeys. I collected my prescription from a different chemist and have now signed up to that one. Super Grateful I don't have to rely on these inconsiderate clowns any more.

   If you want a reliable pharmacy don't go here! They have not replaced the delivery service which stopped several months ago so God knows how the elderly and infirm are getting on. Many times I have gone in to collect prescriptions for my elderly mom and they either cannot find it, they say it hasn't come through when it had been approved a week before or the pharmacist is never there when I collect and when I went last Saturday at 10 am it was closed with no notices or explanations on the door! Just lately I have been given three labels to take elsewhere as they do not have things in stock. Judging by all the recent reviews they are not fit for purpose!! It cannot be that difficult surely!

   Absolutely appalling service. They take prescriptions directly from the Waterfront Surgery and never have anything in stock when you go to pick up. I've waited over 3 days for my daughter medication and they didn't even ring me to let me know they couldn't provide it until I arrived to collect. The Pharmacist is never there most of the time to sign off prescriptions, probably at the gym. It's just a bunch of under dressed young girls in there chatting, busy doing nothing as it seems. They should close this chemist down as they serve no purpose being there. Very biased service, wouldn't surprise me if this chemist is just a front like the rest of the money laundry shops in Brierley Hill!

   This must be the worst pharmacy there is, I have been to pick up my prescription and been told the chemist isn’t there can you come back, I went in four days ago to pick up my wife’s prescription there were four people behind the counter and each one looked at me and totally ignored me after about 5 minutes one of them came and asked me if I was being served I said what do you think. My inhaler had been changed by the doctor and Jhoots simply refuse to stock it or order it for me I was told to change my pharmacy. What a joke, do yourself a favour and find another pharmacy one where they will look after the patient. Best thing that could happen is that they close down.

   The worst pharmacy ever. Waiting for medications for nearly a week having run out of medication for epilepsy and after frequent phone calls been told its out for delivery, then they blame the drs, then they say tried to deliver, this is the second month running were they have failed to uphold their safeguarding of patients. Do not use !!! if i could get away with no stars then i would.

   booked a COVID booster for 19:15 at the Brierley Hill pharmacy, on a Sunday evening via the NHS website. When I arrived, the pharmacy was closed, no explanation, no note on the door, no contact text message to re-schedule - nothing. Sent 2 emails to their head office, no reply. Staggering arrogance

   Absolutely useless, phoned up, told to phone back which I did, put on hold for 5 mins, asked if medication was ready to collect they said yes, went to collect and nothing ready. Why on earth prescriptions were moved from an efficient Jhoots pharmacy in Netherton to here I never know. Not impressed so far and will move prescriptions elsewhere if it doesn't improve! I wouldn't even give this branch one star but unfortunately no option to give less! This pharmacy should be struck off, they say medication has been delivered when infact cameras at the patients address can prove otherwise, also they transfer patients information to Great Barr branch without even consulting the customer. Absolutely shocking behaviour and their trading licence should be revoked!

   Poor poor service. Last straw promised to deliver prescription never did had to collect only to be told not all items wasn't there.Rang 5 days later only to be told the drs never sent prescription over for other items.Rang drs to see if this was true but it wasn't .Rang back and told oh yes it's our mistake items will be in a few days time now .

   My first time in this pharmacy and I have nothing but good words to say. It started with a call to see if they had an item in stock that my chemist couldn't get. They did and when I arrived the staff were all very friendly and polite. I waited no more than 5mins for my prescription and before I left, was offered a to take my blood pressure. The pharmacist took time to welcome me and was a lovely man. There was another customer in the shop who couldn't thank him enough for her service. Will definitely use again
