Had a wonderful experience with Tammy, one of the No7 advisors today. She was an absolute gem, took her time with me during my makeup appointment and even pointed out some fantastic deals this season!
I ordered some photos to collect in store. I'd paid for them and had an email to say they were in store. Staff couldn't find them. Apologised and took my number but haven't heard anything. Unhelpful response from the website. The assistant gave the impression this isn't unusual. Beware. Precious memories as well as money lost.

Went on a new make-up shopping spree and was greeted by a lady called Precious on the beauty counters. I was clueless about the different types of products but she spent time to talk me through things and helped me to find the right shades and products. Also mentioned the offers that were on which saved me money. She had so much Knowledge and gave me 100% customer service. Thank you Precious x
Shouts going out to Liz on the Clinique counter, she was friendly, professional, paitent and matched my products perfectly, (which is something that not everyone can do)! I went on Sunday the 12th of February to fragrance department. I bought a 100ml Tom Ford Parfum and was served by a lovely lady who couldn't do enough for me. If only all staff everywhere were like this lady. My only regret is I dident get her name.
The cashiers and helpers were very friendly, helpful and nice. Took their time explaining things and helping as best as they could. Made the experience much much better!
Helpful staff, plenty of choice of perfumer's for the wife.
