Poor quality goods and services. Sizes are not consistent for the same item eg collar smaller from pack to pack, regular trousers cut like a slim fit, blazer seams ripping. They will exchange but no offer of compensation even after the 4th issue. Won’t bother using them again

Fatima was so patient and helped so much going back and fourth through sizes to beat fit our needs! We went to the Handsworth gognas on rookery Road and they always have great customer service! Thanks happy to start our secondary experience here!
After 30 years or so when I got my first uniform for secondary school (attended Handsworth Grammar School for Boys) , it’s my sons turn - Alhamdulillah. Their shops a lot bigger now and they had all the sizes and items in stock. One word of advice though - always open and check the clothing before purchasing. Some have stains or thread coming out. Came for my sons uniform for King Edward’s Aston / and some of the clothing was a bit damaged but the very helpful staff went and looked for undamaged clothing - although the rugby top must’ve been a bad batch as they were all faded and bad stitch work. Pricing was ok and customer service bang on.
It's a shop that we go to but there must be better options out there. There is ample space for cars to park and it's located on an industrial estate. Service is acceptable and prices should be lower. The quality of the items don't match the prices. Trousers and blazers have developed defects such as holes and seams coming apart without excessive force.
Absolutely awful company to deal with for uniform. My children’s school logo’s PEjackets were ordered mid august. After a month I rang to ask to be told they were waiting on the suppliers. Why were we not informed of this when ordering as they were quick enough to take payment. Our order finally arrived today almost 2 months after ordering and even that was a shambles, although these are not to blame for that I guess. My only hope is that the quality of the items is better than the service from these as quite frankly, I never want to purchase from / deal with these again. I would sooner pay more to a local company that can produce these then I would to gogna. If there was communication and a regular update on the status, even if it’s to say their not entirely sure when the order will be dispatched, at least you know what’s happening and that they’ve not simply taken your money and ran. Lessons to be learned from the business but unfortunately too late for me to use them again
Ordered my kids PE kit at the Handsworth store on 9th August. After waiting 3 weeks I called on Monday 29th. Lady on the phone told me the delivery will be here on Wednesday. Once it arrived I would get a text but would need to collect on Thursday as they would need to get it embroidered first. Didn’t get a text so called again on Thursday (today) asking what’s happened to my order . Same lady answers the phone and tells me the delivery is arriving today and I should get a text tomorrow. I explained that I was told it would be ready for collection today. Apparently, who ever I spoke to on Monday gave me wrong information!! Level of customer service is poor. My kids are back in school next week. This is ridiculous.
I went to gogna school wear and was served by a helpful young lady called Aneeka. She was very patient when it came to helping with my children’s uniform, as they had to try on various sizes. She went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed! Great customer service!
We visited Gogna this morning for my daughter’s sixth form uniform. We’ve been a number of times over the years. As always, great service. Not too many people in the shop, but was a Monday and lots of staff were on hand. Staff were friendly and helpful. Simran served us. She was helpful and efficient. We were able to try on different sizes in the changing rooms. Simran didn’t mind us trying different combinations of sizes and advised us what to try. Everything was in stock and we came home with everything we needed. Thank you Simran and Gogna.
