Great store (Sutton Coldfield) offering a good selection of outdoor clothing at realistic prices. Staff are friendly and helpful and the branch manager James was amazing with his support with a returned item.
Outstanding Service from Lilly I had a fantastic in-store experience today at Go Outdoors. Lilly was professional, well-presented, and a true representative of the Go Outdoors standard. From start to finish, Lilly communicated clearly, worked to resolve my issue, and went above and beyond to help. As someone with ADHD and autism, shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming. Lilly’s calm, respectful, and supportive approach made the experience easy. The level of customer service I received was exceptional. I was genuinely pleased with the outcome and left feeling valued as a customer. I would be happy to shop at Go Outdoors again because of this experience.
My daughter has Asperger's and OCD. She visited Princess Alice Drive yesterday and today and the two male staff were brilliant and very patient with her. I wish all staff could be like this. Top marks. I will be buying my outdoor equipment from this store from now on. Well done.
In the absence of more familiar outdoor retailers, MW provides and exceptional alternative. It has a an impressive range of its own branded clothing, footwear, rucksacks, and miscellaneous gear. Spread across 2 floors, it offers a selection of adult and children's gear that will satisfy most people's desires. The staff are extremely helpful, and their home delivery service is efficient and effective. We'll definitely be returning to stock up on travel gear before we leave the UK.

Decent range of quality outdoor clothes... Staff attitude OK, three were standing behind the tills chatting amongst themselves the whole time... Didn't bother me though, just went in for a browse. All items seemed like they were on sale... Still premiumly priced, why not? if they are premium quality clothes!
Popped in with the intention of buying a backpack suitable for a long distance walk. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I received some excellent advice on which backpack would be most suitable. Really pleasant experience and will definitely be returning in the future.
