It has been impossible to phone for 2 days and the message on the answer machine is out of date. There is no facility to leave a message. Could be better organised. Despite leaving this message last week the situation remains the same on 25th August.
Tried so many times to get through to the dentist but they never answer. The answer machine message says they will open on January 26 it's now March 8. I've left countless messages but not e gets back . I know he is an extremely good dentist which is why coming back to the area I'd like to see himagain but I feel its fruitless

Graham is the kindest, gentle dentist I have been to. He is professional, in his approach to your dental health and gives you an honest appraisal of what needs to be done. His care is second to none. My husband is also one of Graham's patients. Excellent example of dentistry.
I have known Graham for as long as he has been in practice and have nothing but respect and admiration for his knowledge and professionalism. In all of our dealings he has always been caring, compassionate, understanding and treated me as an individual. His knowledge is second to non and a great example of how he always does the right thing was when I was recently considering a bridge. Graham actually suggested this as an option and then, on full reflection, determined that this would not be the right course of treatment for me. He explained why using a demonstration and it made sense. I'm sure that the £300 it would have cost would have been "good for business" but it wouldn't have been right for me. In those few words you have Graham's proposition.."is it right for me." My trust is hard earned, hard won and then retained. My children are looked after by Graham (and his team) which hopefully speaks volumes. The team all demonstrate the values of caring, compassion, respect and understanding that Graham exudes together with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. If you listen to Graham's advice, act on it and work with him on your long term patient plan then you will have a great experience. Finally, his ongoing commentary during your visit and examination/treatment is a lesson in itself. If you pay attention you can learn so much and see just how individual his treatment for you is. I personally would find this exhausting to deliver, and I'm sure that he does at times, but it never shows and is all part of helping you. I would recommend Graham without hesitation and challenge anyone to find someone who else in this field who is "best in class"
