Exceptional service every single time we go in. The staff make a chain coffee shop feel like a small, family-run one. A real credit to the staff.

Amazing experience from all the staff. My mom and I are both disable and we were treated with lots of respect and care. All the staff are amazing, very helpful. They advised me of offers that I wasn't aware of. It was very busy but still this Costa coffee was so clean. Thank you to you all. This was my first visit and we will be back.
The shop was busy but the 2 team members working were incredible. Worked together with real passion and customer focused. It didnt matter how busy they got, standards never dropped, really impressive and all done with a smile on their face too.
the staff were so sweet today. they were probably really tired by this point because we headed there a little less than an hour before closing time, but they didn’t show it at all, they were really pleasant. they gave my little sister a small hot chocolate instead of just plain milk, and the cappuccino today was flawless
nice location, drinks are well made. Service is great. Place is kept clean as well which is a big plus considering how other Costas can be filthy so this is a credit to the staff.
If you're looking for somewhere to work from aside from home or the office avoid this place. Wifi is terrible, either super slow or kept freezing. Couldn't get reception on phone from here to tether from personal hotspot instead. Also had the air conditioning on full blast in the seating area in December! Asked one of staff if they could either switch it off or raise the temperature, they were not able to do either. Giving two stars because the coffee was decent.
This is THE best Costa coffee in the West Midlands, very clean, amazing drinks and very professional, welcoming staff, My hats off to the gorgeous Redhead ( Alex ) she's always polite and cool headed even when Arrogant customers are whining over silly stuff, and she's rushed off her feet.
Have visited before. Popped here today for a bite to eat and a pit stop. The lady who served me (Kate) was very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that percy pigs are now available to buy! The spicy steak sandwich and peach tea were lovely. However was a bit disappointed with the cinnamon bun as it was ridiculously dry on the inside. The atmosphere left a bit to desire as there was a mother letting her kids make a lot of noise - I don't want to be one of those people - but it was excessive and she was too busy talking on the phone to be paying any attention. It appeared to be putting off other customers.
Definitely better than the other nearby Costas (West Brom & Dudley). I found the staff to be much nicer, and the coffee tastes better. Conveniently placed in a retail park so ideal for a caffeine boost before hitting the nearby stores.
