    On 30/12/25 my dog went into be spayed paid for best of everything only to be rang told my dog was DEAD how does a fit healthy dog die after coming round from anesthetic?????? NO COMPASION NO EXPLANATION my poor girl was in a cage facing the wall a blanket thrown over her and left in her own mess ....THIS IS NOT END I WILL BE SEEKING JUSTICE FOR MY DOG WAS PROMISES BEST VET TO OPPERATE ON HER AND VET SPOKE TOO SAID WE HAVENY LOST A DOG BEIN SPAYED

    Standing outside of this shop right now. Arrived at the store at 7:59 after searching everywhere for cat food; my cat was starving. he only eats Purina sensitive cat food. I begged the entire administration to let me buy the delicate cat food. My cat couldn’t eat any other cat food as he had digestive issue. They apologised despite the fact that I was right there at 07:59. Staffs were busy chatting with each other, but didn’t bother to even look at it until I started waving and knocking the door repeatedly. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. disappointing and unprofessional behaviour of the management

    I brought a hampster from here last week and they advised me all the things I would need for it, they suggested what cage I should get, food toys and other things I needed for the hampster. They were very helpful, we called them beforehand to get a base price on how much it would cost to set it up, they went around the store for us and gave us a base price on the phone. Which was very helpful. Will definitely be going their in the future for more things.

    I have purchased 2 fish tanks and many fish from Pets At Home there is a good variety of fish and all of them are in good condition. The staff are all very helpful upon arrival as they give good tips on how to take care of the fish and answer any question you may have.
