A very good vets at affordable prices. The vets are always polite and the treatment is carried out to high standards. Always use them and will continue to do so.
I’ve been with White Cross for 11 years and I truly cannot fault the service. Both myself and my fur baby have always received the very best care in every circumstance. We find ALL the staff at White Cross Tividale to be AMAZING. First class service to the animals. Our dog is a VERY nervous animal but is happy to go to this Vets. She is happy to greet and/or be seen by all of the staff. She has favourites of course, as do we. But, we have had nothing but perfect service from every person we have dealt with.

I have used White cross since having my dog and he is now 6. The staff are always helpful friendly and caring and really look after me and my dog.
Had to visit the "out of hours service" between Christmas and New year. She had to have blood tests. Then a follow appointment at the surgery for more tests and scan the next day. Our 'baby' Lucy was very poorly. Both clinics and vets were excellent with her. She is currently on some antibiotics and pain relief and seems to be recovering well. Fingers crossed
Rusty, my dog has been under the excellent care of white cross vets for over 10 years.. they are professional, caring and honest. My dog passed away recently and I couldn't have asked for better service and care for my dog Rusty and even myself... A special thank you to Kelly and Tatiana who was always so friendly and caring especially when I needed it the most. ❤️❤️
My dog Daley of 13 years passed away and I took him here for cremation. I opted not to have the ashes the vets gave me keyring with his fur and a card with his paw print. The staff were caring and really thoughtful. Thank you White Cross. Keep up your wonderful work
The staff was all very friendly and helpful. It was my dogs first time at the vets, he is a rescue dog so they made it very nice for him. The cost was better then i thought it would be.
