“Sue was incredibly accommodating for when I was booking my two bunnies for their stay. She kept in contact throughout and even sent me photos of them while I was away for the week. It put my mind at ease and I felt happy that they were being looked after by someone who is highly experienced in rabbit health and their special care. Bertie and Bella looked happy and healthy and probably enjoyed being spoiled for the whole week! 100% recommend Happy Hoppers for anyone in the area who needs their bunnies to be looked after.”

Tabbycats Pethotel is a modern feline boarding facility located in the Webheath area of Redditch. “Mark and his team have been fantastic, we recently moved to the area and they have been accommodating and flexible with our dog walks. Our dog is always pleased to see them and seems to really enjoy her walks, would highly recommend.”

“Stayed while away fishing, using points I'd accrued through the IHG loyalty program. They've stopped giving points (or forgot) for the free night stays and also stopped the free drinks voucher at this hotel. A money saving venture no doubt. However, room fine and bed comfy. Clean sheets and bathroom. No complaints. Good breakfast in the morning (free!!) with everything you may want or need. Handy place and shall use again no doubt.”

“We have used roving rovers for nine months now for our dog. She is walked for an hour 3x a week. They have genuine love for your beloved pet and never let you down. Reliable and very trust worthy. I would highly recommend. Been and we are very happy with them.”

“A fantastic place where they take real care of your pets. We booked our cat in for a week and were so pleased with the love and care she received. Nikki put videos up on Insta so we could see our cat throughout the week and it was clear that she was getting lots of fuss and was really settled. My dogs can be abit tricky to handle, as the do not like to be groomed, but they look great. I am so happy with them and I would highly recommend and will be returning. The girls are lovely and I just know he is treated well in there, which is comforting to know when you leave your dog somewhere for a few hours. “Our experience with Special Friends Vets has been nothing short of extraordinary. As the proud parents of a rescue French Bulldog, we know how important it is to have a veterinary team that truly cares about their patients, and they have exceeded every expectation. We first turned to Special Friends Vets back in 2020 during the height of the Covid pandemic. Our regular vet of many years let us down when they refused to vaccinate Nala without sedating her, even though we had never had any issues in the past. It was a stressful time, but Tim stepped in and vaccinated Nala with no problem whatsoever. His calm, gentle nature immediately put both us and Nala at ease. In 2021, Nala fell seriously ill with an immune-mediated disease and eventually had to spend a weekend at Willows. Up until her admission, Tim and the team were simply incredible. They provided comfort, did everything possible to help her, and kept us informed and reassured every step of the way. Their dedication and compassion during such a difficult chapter meant the world to us. Now at 9 years old, Nala is facing the challenges of arthritis. Tim has been instrumental in managing her pain and carefully finding the right combination of treatments to keep her comfortable. When she suffered a fall in March this year, we weren't sure she would fully recover. Thanks to Tim's expertise and commitment, we are absolutely thrilled that she has made a remarkable recovery. Tim truly was vital to her healing process. We also want to acknowledge the compassionate care shown to our beloved 16 year old rescue cat, Honey. When the time came to make the heart-breaking decision to have her put to sleep, the team handled everything with such sensitivity and warmth. Their genuine empathy and support helped to ease an incredibly difficult moment, and we are deeply grateful for the kindness they showed us and Honey throughout. The entire team goes above and beyond. They are genuine animal lovers who put their heart into everything they do. I want to give a massive shout out to the rockstar reception team—Tash, Fran, and Claire—who always greet us with smiles, warmth, and endless helpfulness. They manage so much and do it all with such grace and positivity. Nala also says thank you for all her treats! Special Friends are more than just a veterinary practice; they are true partners in our pet’s health. We are deeply grateful for everything they have done for Nala, Honey and for us. We cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking compassionate, skilled, and truly dedicated veterinary care.”

“Having been let down by our previous kennels we were lucky enough to get our 2 lab/rottweiler crosses in for 2 weeks. We visited before and loved the look of Oakfarm and now we have our boys back we could not be happier. They were obviously very well looked after, interacted and played with other dogs and I am sure cannot wait to return, which they will be next year at least twice. We only wish we had found Oakfarm earlier and would have used it for all our dogs, we would highly recommend them as you can be sure your dog will have as good as or even better holiday than you, thanks to all the team at Oakfarm, see you next year, thanks again.”

“I have been using Coldicutts grooming for 3 years now as they are fantastic with my 2 big german shepherds (and all their fluff)and recently came into some financial difficulty. They so kindly INSISTED on a free grooming for both my babies whilst I got back on my feet. So even though I went through a rough time, my babies didn't and got their monthly upkeep. “I have been going to Julie for over 2 years now with my 2 cavachons. I had previously visited a large well known salon in Redditch and my eldest dog used to be petrified and wee herself before going in due to being put in cages and the busyness of the salon. This is why I went to Julie who does only 1to1. Now whenever we walk past the salon daisy pulls me up to the door even on days when we are not booked in. Julie has always been 100% reliable and communicated brilliantly on all occasions. Upon drop off she always confirms collection times, even after all these years she still confirms. The below accusation implying Julie may have caused the dog to be destressed is so far from what my experiences are and knowing Julie for these years is far from who she is. She is calm and caring with both of my dogs. Even when I went on holiday she told me to give her business card to my dog sitter saying if there were any questions or issues to call her as she knows the dogs. Julie goes above and beyond and my dogs absolutely love her. I would never and shall never go anywhere else again. My dogs are happy and safe with here and come out looking and smelling amazing!”

“Had a really lovely stay. Clean, quiet cottage. Great to be on a working farm - I like the sound of pigs and cows, but it might not suit some people. Hosts were really helpful with everything but also left you to get on with it, which is perfect. WiFi, clear instructions on current covid regulations, etc. All in all, will definitely stay again.”

“Me my mum dad and fiancée came here for lunch. The food was perfect very tasty and good portions for the price all fresh and hot too. Wonderful service as well by the lovely lady called izzy was very polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we where happy with our food and had everything we needed.”
