Utter crap looks like the place needs a good tidy up. Weeds everywhere litter bins overflowing Was kept awake one night by rowdy youngsters in the early hours. Lights not working and I had a full time job getting to to work. Seen a bigger to in a Wendy house. Won’t see me back there

Rooms are cheap, not the best, but you get what you pay for. Service was fantastic, very lovely and friendly people. The door to the room would stay open though, very dangerous if you're being followed. There's also no railing in the shower, but the tub is quite deep, so its a massive saftey hazard.

Rooms were okay and cheap. We had 2 rooms. One room had mold in the showerroom. The rest was okay. Service was not there. We were lucky to find someone who could check us in. We did not see anyone else during our stay. I think the staf has also a car servece. The parking was full of old tot working cars. Visiters had to park on the sidewalk,

Having stayed at the hotel Rafiya I found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and I have to give a special mention to Helen who made every effort to ensure I had enough clean towels, bed linen and that my room was spotless. Very reasonably priced rooms, helpful staff, clean, I would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this hotel last year for £40. It was worth £40. This year it was £80 but still only worth £40. Outdated. It is not a hotel it is a motel as the room door goes to the outside. The door doesn't shut properly. There are no curtains only vertical blinds that don't shut out the light (street lights glaring in) TV remote didn't work. Very small TV. Heating didn't work. Felt dirty. Felt unsafe. Terrible beds. Staff were rude ignorant. Barking dogs. If it had been £40 would have put up with it. Can get far better for £80. Stay clear unless desperate.

In 15 years of working away think this is in the top two worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Firstly the reception is grotty and the restaurant is closed and looks like a messy store room, so breakfast is clearly not an option! The room I had which is a double on the ground floor looks like someone has attempted to paint it and make it ‘fresh’, unfortunately they’ve painted everything including all the bathroom tiles! Talking of the bath, that has a hole in it where it has rotted through, yep I was astonished too! He bed side lamps were hanging off the wall leaving electrical connections exposed, an absolute death trap! Under the bed clearly hasn’t been cleaned in some years and has old crisps etc under it amongst the tons of dust! I’m quite frankly astonished that a company could change any money for this room. Avoid this place like a plague!

The rooms initially really were not fit for purpose. Dirty and smelly. Once I phoned and asked for different rooms they were better but we had to wait until 10pm that evening for them to be ready as they had been fitted with new carpets but still no cups or tea/coffee. And when I asked for them the response from the men were, they get stolen that’s why there isn’t any. We were eventually given one cup between 3 of us. There was rubbish and dirty laundry scattered in the corridors. The young girl on reception was lovely and really trying to be helpful. But to me seemed to be super busy and the only one working. I’m afraid I would not stay here again.

More of a American style motel than a hotel. My belongings felt very unsecure in the room, it was very hot with no fans or ac. The walls were stained, did not include essentials such as toothpaste or shampoo. Nice staff but if definitely avoid sadly

If I could put below poor I would. We turned up to check in and was told we couldn't access our rooms as check in system was down. The manager then told us to book elsewhere as it wasn't his problem would not issue a refund or even an apology. Absolutely disgusting and also no restaurant available as I indefinitely closed. He then logged us as a no show so couldn't get a refund from our provider either.
