   Communication was really poor as I messaged many times and heard nothing back. I tried to pre-book a cot which wasn’t there on arrival. The actual stay was fine. The play area in the pub garden is great for kids.

   Super helpful staff. We were running late and a phone call to a helpful soul at the Crown got us details sent by email for late check-in. Beds were comfy and breakfast excellent, even catering specially for my daughter who has gluten and dairy allergies. Thank you

   Big car park for easy parking. Room was clean & comfortable. Good beer & food. Staff very friendly & helpful & even suggested a good tyre place nearby as I found I had a puncture when I arrived! Would highly recommend.

   First, do not go to this hotel based on Google. It's actually at the nearby "Crown" on google. We spent some awkward time driving around peoples houses and driveways based on google maps. Second, do not stay in rooms 10 or 11 when there is any type of hot weather. They do not have windows and instead just have skylights. They are in the hottest part of the hotel and were very uncomfortable sleeping (even with the provided fan) when it is hot outside. Only one towel was provided in a 2 bed room. Overall though the service was great, the pub had a great vibe, breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the location was ideal for a stop along the M5.

   Very nice pub which a friend and I stopped at on the way to the Cotswolds. We were after food and a drink or two before we continuedon our journey to Upton Warren. We sat at a table nearer the bar end because the restaurant tables were all booked. We stopped on the off chance and we were grateful to find somewhere to eat. The food was very nice (I had a veggie curry) and rice. My friend had fish and chips. The manager was really nice and friendly as were his staff. A nice atmosphere and clean toilets, which count a lot.

   Stayed here 23/11/22 and had s great stay. The bed was really comfy, lots of space in the room. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Food was lovely in the restaurant, couldn't fault it. Would stay again

   From the minute we arrived the staff could not do enough for us. They we so polite and very attentive. Even down to the cleaner asking if we needed anything in particular as we stayed two nights. A friendly bright place to stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone and hope we have the chance to go and stay again. Breakfast was lovely especially the yogurt, berries and Honey!!! My husband loved the cooked breakfast too.
