This Holiday Inn was a surprise we hadn't expected, we've stayed in Travelodge, Premier Inn and a few other places, but this compares to a top rate 5***** Hotel staying on a BBC status. On entry to our room every facility you would require and more has been installed to the highest quality. I've never seen 7ft square bed before, but to find one in my room was a wonder to behold outstanding is the correct word for it. We look forward to our return visit to stay on the 29/12/2025.

This was our first stay with this hotel and company, and we would like to provide feedback on both the positive aspects of our visit and the areas where we believe improvement is needed. Positives The room was very clean and well presented, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and we did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms, which contributed to a peaceful and relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and we were both pleased with the options available. Areas for Improvement Upon arrival, the check-in process took longer than expected, as the receptionist was slow to acknowledge us and complete the procedure. I had noted in our booking that we were celebrating our anniversary; however, this was not acknowledged at any point, which was disappointing. The website indicated that hot chocolate sachets would be available, but when I inquired at reception, I was informed that none were provided. The lower part of the shower was noticeably dirty, and the water drained very slowly. Additionally, the Dove body wash and shampoo supplied left both my partner and me feeling uncomfortable, as they caused dryness and itchiness on our skin and scalp. When we entered the restaurant, several tables were cluttered with dirty dishes, and staff were slow to clear them. We had to sit beside a table with dirty plates that remained there for the duration of our meal. Requests for drink refills were also handled slowly. At checkout, there was no staff member at reception, despite being advised that reception was staffed 24 hours a day. As a result, I was unable to discuss these concerns before leaving. Overall Considering the price we paid for a one-night stay and the issues we experienced, we left feeling disappointed and do not intend to return.

I love staying here when I visit family in Worcester. A quick 15 minute journey back down the M5 and I'm there. The hotel is very clean and modern, with great services and facilities. Inclusive breakfast and free parking is a game changer. Well stocked bar and a restaurant onsite, along with a Beefeater, curry house (vegetarian only) and a McDonald's all within the grounds means you won't go hungry.

Meh, it's ok. Room was clean but smelled damp, was only here for one night and got in very late so didn't complain at the time. Was going to raise it with reception in the morning but nobody about. When staff were available they were very helpful and pleasant. Cooked breakfast unremarkable. This hotel does the job, but is distinctly average.

Very impressed with this hotel. Easy to find and great location for our trip. Car park free although a little tight for space initially as it is shared with other businesses including a McDonald's. Room was clean, tidy and adequate. The stand out element for our trip were the staff. We sometimes encounter problems with hotels because my wife is coeliac and eating can be a major issue so a special mention to Amy who checked us in. She was knowledgeable of our circumstances and empathetic of our needs. She ensured our breakfast the following day went without incident and that the team on duty were aware of our requirements. It was very reassuring as an error can have a significant impact on my wife. It really makes a massive difference to any stay we have anywhere to be understood in this way and our overnight hotel stays would be much less stressful if there were more Amy's ! Thank you

Stayed for just a night stopover. Easy accessible from M5. A Harvester and McDonald's on the same site so ample choice for food. The hotel does do some food I think but I didn't use this facility. Small bar and lounge for a quiet sit just past reception. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were all polite. Room was clean and comfortable so all in all a pleasent stay and experience had.

The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and very clean. The window was very difficult to close but once it was shut there wasn't a problem. The beds are very comfortable, the heating was a bit tricky and the bathroom was decent but quite small. Parking was alright but there are very few disabled parking spaces. In all, it was good value for money. I would visit another Holiday Inn in the future.

Very friendly staff, arrived late in the evening to check in. Josh, the manager on duty was very welcoming. Parking is free and breakfast is also included. Breakfast is basic but accommodating for dietary needs such as lactose or gluten intolerance. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Recommend to stop here if you are travelling as the hotel is on Junction 5 of the M5. Local amenities include Fast food, Multiple pubs and a petrol station.

Service was relaxed and friendly, and very efficient. Josh is brilliant. Rooms are a good size, well equipped, and very clean and comfortable. Self-service breakfast had a reasonable choice and didn't stint on quantity. Location is convenient, next to M5 J5, only a few miles from Worcester, and better value than hotels closer in.

Staff friendly. Rooms comfy. Breakfast simple but enough of a choice to start the day. Location handy as just off motorway but down side is it's right next to a McDonald's so on a Friday night it wasn't ideal as all the teens congregated with their loud exhausts!! Whilst staying someone left a suspicious bag unattended at the front door and my husband tried informing a member of staff there was a suspicious unattended bag for a length of time and they didn't seem concerned or interested! Maybe we're too cautious with the nature of our jobs but they didn't even go look at it to see if it was a guests bag that had been forgotten.
