I stayed at this place for two months. First off, looking at Airbnb, it seemed like the best studio apartment with a shared kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, and private bathroom. As a Korean, I was very frustrated when they didn't even change the lightbulbs and changed the sheets a month later. However, the living conditions, location, and value for money are the best around. Also, be aware that roommates can be quite hit or miss. Honestly, it varies depending on the time of year, but when I moved in, it was school break, so the house next door was doing construction, and it was a bit hot and there was no air conditioning, which was a bit of a challenge. Still, after a month, it's much better.
