We couldn’t be happier with the care Marley receives here. As a rescue dog, he can be nervous with new people, but the staff have been incredibly kind and patient, helping to build his confidence. We were given a full tour and a daycare trial, which really put us at ease. What makes this place stand out is the daycare element—Marley thrives on doggy playtime, and it’s hard to find kennels that offer that. We happily travel 40 minutes each way because we know he’s in the best hands. Thank you for taking such great care of him!
Had our dog Bruno stay here for the first time, with him being a puppy we were very cautious of picking the right kennels as this was his first time being away from us. Bruno had a fantastic time for the duration of 9 days, there was no need to worry at all as they updated their FB page of all the dogs staying there which Bruno made a few appearances and friends, this put our mind at ease while away from him. Would definitely recommend and Bruno will be staying here again in safe hands.
My pups Betty and Bonnie have been going here since six months old. They love it. Staff are really friendly and I trust them with my treasures, i was very nervous on first time as i always had a house sitter previously. When they come home they are always full of beans. Highly reccomend. X x x
I dropped my pugs Daisy & Lily here for 6 days in comfort thinking they would be cared for. I requested private kennel.. When i collected then they both smelt of talcom powder, and were not their usual self that evening and in the morning Daisy had died. Im terribly heart broken and upset, when i contacted the kennels they said she was fine, the manager wasn't available, i asked for call back to talk to him, i heard nothing., After researching myself i found out that they shared a kennel with many dogs including a German Shepherd. Theres young girls that run the kennels . The manager isnt onsite hardly. I know this review wont bring Daisy back but it will give other people the opportunity to beware of this kennel. (In response to your reply) I didn’t receive any call or voice message only call after leaving my first review, which taken you 2 weeks to call me back! Bottom line to all this Daisy was healthy happy dog when I dropped her off, but died 17 hours after me collecting her from youre kennel both my pugs were not their usual selfs when I got them home. And yes they’ve been at your kennel 3 times over 5 years only because on your website it states luxury dog hote. I wanted them in room with sofa on their own, which I see photos of them sharing a room with sofa with other dogs. But you say they had their own kennel but I didn’t see this or shown where they were staying. I wasn’t happy with finding out they had shared their play time with 6 large dogs running about crazy including German Shepard. I’m still stressed about all of it and why my little pugs were the only two in that run! It’s was lack of communication with the staff and the care needed for my dogs. We spoken about this over the phone, i have nothing more to say here, Im just voicing Daisy & Lily experience at your kennels
We absolutely love Pet Central. All the staff are lovely and are absolutely amazing with our boys Severus and Stan. We always feel at ease when we go on holiday knowing they are being taken care of so well, and get photo’s on Facebook of them enjoying themselves. Our boys are so excited when we pull up to Pet Central and all they want to do is get inside, we don’t even get a look back from them! Couldn’t recommend Pet Central enough!
Can't fault Pet Central, always friendly, always put your dog needs first. We have 2 very big dogs Rottie and Cane Corso - the ladies at pet central always look after them very well.Spoil them rotten. We always book the luxury kennel, not cheap but worth every penny.Would recommend to any one looking for kennels
We have been coming here for free years now. Very reliable team who update the FB regularly with pics of our pet. Really no issues at all.
Have always used pet central boarding kennels. Enzo, our GSP, bounces in without a problem and bounces back out looking healthy and happy! The staff are great, the kennels are clean and the dogs are well looked after and above all they get to socialise and have fun with supervision. Always been very happy with the service offered. Would not go anywhere else!
Could not recommend Pet Central Hotel enough. Severus and Stan have an amazing time while they are there, and I know they are being very well looked after. We have struggled to find suitable boarding for our dogs, one of which is very nervous, but since finding Pet Central we will not go anywhere else!
