   Took our 2 cocker spaniels here a while ago. One nervous. Was told to bath and dry the one myself before taking yet still cost the same. The other one was too fidgety and it took 2 of them so charged me extra for that too. Asked me to bath both of them myself before the next visit. The whole point of getting them into a groomers for a full groom was for them to do the full service. Haven’t used again and wouldn’t use again. However the dogs did smell really good when they come home due to the spray they use. I’ve since found a groomers that is happy to bath both my dogs and don’t charge me any extra :)

   We have used them before and they did a fantastic job on our cat for less money. We've been charged a ridiculous amount for our cat to arrive home shaking and soaked. His coat matts up if he is left wet. They've charged us a ridiculous amount of money for this groom and it wasn't what it was when we came before. Definitely will be finding a different groomer in the future.

   Been coming here for years, wouldn't go anywhere else, ollie loves coming,he does get very hairy so does appreciate his six week cut, always looks smart and handsome, will be much more comfortable in this heat, thanks guys.
