I arrived at Zarissa at midday on a Friday needing a lehenga for the same evening and a second outfit for days later. Nisha was extremely helpful and friendly and got me everything I needed, even with the additional challenge of my larger chest size. I would highly recommend Zarissa!
Absolutely amazing experience with Nisha and the WhatsApp team. I messaged looking for help at the last minute with some wedding outfits, got a quick reply and an appointment at the shop straightaway. Nisha was so helpful, got two outfits back and sewn in less than a week and Nisha even helped with my pleats/pins before the party. I can’t thank you enough, 100% recommend.
We looked at lots of other stores in Birmingham and Zarissa was the last and by far the best. Nisha showed us lots of different options, talked us through the customization process and worked around our budget. The lehengas were beautiful and perfect for my bridesmaids at our wedding. Great price, quality & communication. I also love that they're very active on social media and it's very easy to see all their designs!
From the moment I visited Zarissa I knew it was going to be a really positive experience. Nisha was so kind, polite and patient whilst I looked at outfits for my nieces wedding this summer. After looking around the shop Nisha suggested me to look at a customised fitted lengha which would arrive in approx 3-5 weeks. I selected two and Nisha patiently took down all my measurements. I was so happy with the level of outstanding service I returned back a few days later with my daughter to also get her a customised lengha which Nisha measured up and ordered within the same order. Hey presto 5 weeks later we have 3 absolutely stunning lenghe and I have no words to say how much we love them! Zarissa is 10/10 and I will be back again no doubt for more outfits for myself and family members! Thank you ❤️

I had a great experience with Zarissa. I was a bit hesitant as I was ordering from California. I decided to give it a go because their outfits look amazing online. It was very easy to order and all of my questions were answered promptly and in a courteous manner. My order arrived within a week. Very nicely and carefully packaged. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. The quality of the outfits is superb. They look true to what they have posted for sale online.
Absolutely amazing place. The quality of the outfits at Zarissa are amazing! They have a huge variety of outfits. Prices were really good. Zarissa had the exact outfits that they advertise on their website, unlike other places. Nisha was amazing, she was very patient and honest. She didn't try to pressure or rush me to buy stuff.
