   I recently purchased two large sofas from Smithfield’s and I cannot recommend both their products and service enough! I had an issue with two sections of the modular sofa not being able to fit through our basement door, which caused immediate panic on our end! Marisa managed to calm the whole situation down with ease, and managed to find a solution on the same day. Smithfields have also kept me in the loop with updates throughout this process. I will certainly be buying from Smithfields again in future.

   Emile and the team listened and delivered throughout the whole experience. We would highly recommend Smithfield’s to anybody looking to fit a new kitchen. Emile and Chris spent hours with us over many visits with excellent attention to detail, finalising every detail of the design. Emile was always a pragmatic voice of reason and Chris’s expertise was outstanding whether it related to kitchen appliances or panelling design. Phil the joiner (a magician) is a master of his skill and a perfectionist. We feel extremely fortunate that he fitted our kitchen and couldn’t have asked for a better quality finish. After experiencing the excellent service with the kitchen, we also commissioned Smithfield’s to do our hallway panelling and storage units as well as our storage units in the landing and they didn’t disappoint. We are delighted with every aspect of the project and the level of personal service we received at all times throughout the process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smithfield’s. We used a large number of trades during our project but Smithfield’s as a team went above and beyond with regards to professionalism, and quality.    Smithfields designed and fitted our kitchen, and we are delighted with it. Emile very patiently dealt with numerous changes we requested as the design process progressed. The fitters that came to the house were meticulous in their work and always left their work areas clean and tidy. I find that the staff at Smithfields are professional and also approachable and friendly. Phone calls and emails were always responded to quickly. Thanks Emile and team.
