Been trying to get in touch almost daily for over a month regarding return of broken appliance. Have you closed down ? Phone number no longer works and shop always closed.
Bought a microwave and after one day wanted to exchange it or get the refund but owner said no refund only credit. When I said this is not legal and I am right in this situation they said not for this store. Wouldn’t recommend this store at all.
Went to get a oven from there there was no grii plate in oven so we went currys same oven witch had a grill plate and £20cheaper but the woman was very help ful and nice
Me and my family have had all sorts from them over the last few years. 2 american fridge freezers, washers, dryers, a samsung fridge freezer, a cooker and a dishwasher. Excellent customer service, and great products, wouldnt go anywhere else for my white goods. If theres a problem (not often) but they are quick and super helpfu
Only 4 stars because there wasn't any instruction booklet with my appliance. On the whole though. Very good.
I bought a number of appliances from here, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement, ceramic hob trips out electric, they are willing to repair however I have to pay for electrician to disconnect and reconnect, this is against the consumer rights act 2015. I would advise anyone to think twice before buying from here as it will cost more for the electrician to complete his work than its worth,
