I went to the store and needed a black suit asap for a function. I am larger in size and 60 years old. A very helpful guy called Tony could not be more helpful finding what I needed, going online and ordering the correct sizes online for collection a couple of days later at a store closer to me. What a refreshing change to have such a courteous, helpful and pleasant person. Thanks Tony, you made my problem go away with ease. Wish there were more like you.

Great choices, lovely clothes. Busy store, easy to get lost as areas are not separated well. Food area is amazing and lots of choice. Parking good. Too busy for me on Saturday's.

A great store and they’ve really upped their game in menswear but the self-service tills for clothes are a nightmare. What do you do with the coat hangers you don’t want? How are you supposed to get a large bag when you have to take off all the small bags to be able to get one of the bigger ones? This needs a rethink.

It's a great store, recently redeveloped so very modern. The food here always tastes great and there's plenty of interesting choices. There never much of a wait getting to a till and there plenty of parking. Only thing I'd change is improved vegan probs that are easier to find/in their own section, but I appreciate the subtle branding is to appeal to a wider audience, because they mustn't sell so well

Went for a coffee - what an awful place it is. First of all no one to take an order it’s like McDonalds with self serve kiosks except you pay £3.90 for a cappuccino. When you’ve ordered you pick up a bleeper and allegedly the coffee will be brought to you. Well, first of all it’s hard to find a clean table, then when you do the coffee takes ages to come presumably because they’ve no idea where you’ve sat. When it finally arrives it’s very average Won’t be going again !

I had to buy a dinner suit last minute (evening of 8th March 23) for a work event. A lady named Alina was the most helpful and patient store assistant I've ever dealt with. She helped me to get the correct items in the correct size and saved me a lot of stress. She's a credit to the store.

I was more than happy with the service and as I sat watching it was clear that the cafe is understaffed. I watched as they tried their very best to keep tables clean while serving customers. What actually annoyed me was the way the customer’s spoke to the staff, if they didn’t have a certain item then that member of staff received verbal abuse, I’m sure the young lady was ready to walk out and I wouldn’t have blamed her after the way she was spoken too. Manager’s there need to be looking after their staff better. Put a sign up so that your staff aren’t treated like that.

Went into store on 27th December, 1st day of the sale. I picked up a dress, in the sale section with all the other dresses. There were around 6 dresses like the one I bought with up to 50% off. A red sign over the top. Got to the till and it was full price. Of course it was. I queried it and asked her to check it as I told her it was in the sale section. "Oh a customer must have put it there" What, half a dozen dresses all the same? I went downstairs to query it again with a rather unhelpful member of staff. She confirmed it wasn't in the sale. I pointed out that items not in the sale should not be in the sale section with a 50% off notice. Hardly any items are marked down so you either have to find someone on the shop floor that is actually willing to help or be embarrassed at the till after queueing forever. Completely chaotic with the most unfriendly staff. Rude and unhelpful. Unbelievably slow checking out. Then there is the cafe. Sweet man alive. Staff are beyond slow and clueless. Asked for a weak moccha (1 shot) she couldn't even pass the message on. She gave me the drink and I checked it was correct... no, they even arsed that up. Dirty tables, bad atmosphere, no organisation whatsoever. Zero customer service. Whoever thought this system was workable needs sacking. Go elsewhere for refreshments, you'll get your hat nailed on in this cafe.

Recently started purchasing Clinique at my local store. So convenient and regularly available with great offers. Had the pleasure of receiving outstanding help and advice from Olivia. She was so lovely, understanding and helpful. Thank you. Will only shop here for all my makeup in future.
