Brilliant store with very knowledgeable staff, me and my husband found it was no problem for any of the girls to answer our questions, no matter how silly some of them may have been! They explained what setup we needed, temperatures and how to set it all up, we then sent them some photos to ensure it was all setup correctly and they replied very quickly! Once ready we went and picked this little guy up! Our first of many reptiles, and I can assure you I won’t be going anywhere else for them ! 5 * for the cleanliness of the store, the animal welfare and ethic, the girl’s knowledge and passion for their Job and overall amazing store ! Highly recommend !!”

“Excellent pharmacy and staff, I even get emails when my prescription is ready yet I never got that at other pharmacy's I used to use, and there are many staff to assist you. Its the best pharmacy I've been too. That's just my experience. I know all the staff well now too and I get my prescription very quickly. Never had a problem here. Very polite & helpful & they give you support & advice if you need it. When any prescriptions aren't there that's down to your doctors not the pharmacy so always go in or call your doctor's if it's not been sent over or there are things missing in your prescription. I've seen pharmacy's blamed in the past but it's not them its your doctor's.”

They have always been able to source my medication as they are independent and not tied to any chain of chemists. Prescriptions are always ready on time. “i don’t know what half the people here are giving one stars to this lovely pharmacy for. the owner is a lovely lady who always has my prescriptions on time, and the staff lady’s are always very helpful and nice. never ever have i ever been given wrong information or bad attitude. this pharmacy know what exactly what they’re doing and they deserve 5 stars. i had been using boots pharmacy before this and the difference in getting my prescriptions on time, general attitude from staff, was even comparable. and on my daily drop ins, buying vitamins or what not, i see the staff’s connections with the elderly or ill, and they way they can communicate is amazing, and the friendliness they have to all different people is just admirable, i must say never have i send a better pharmacy who have amazing relationships with their patients until corkers. i recommend this pharmacy to everybody!!”

“I have been using Longster's Pharmacy for many years now. And never have I had a problem or an issue. The staff there are always smiling and are helpful. The service they offer is simply excellent and the pharmacists there have always been very helpful whenever I have needed. My GP sends my prescription over to them and it's most of the time delivered to me the same day or the next day. Alternatively, if I am in the area, I collect it. No problem at all! Parking is also accessable as it's at the back and near Co-op, where I am able to go and shop if I need to purchase some household stuff and food. Alternatively, I am able to park at the carpark near Dane's Court. Again, no problem with the carpark. So, yes, Longster's Pharmacy is simply excellent and very convenient location as well.”
