Get 10 texts telling me to get a flu jab. Arrange an appointment and the day I travel to get the jab they cancel it.
Disappointed with service. GP sent prescription through Wednesday pm. Payment system not working at pharmacy so happy to pick up Thursday. Called in Thursday morning. Advised that GP prescription only arrived this morning (so much for computer system efficiency). Then advised this had gone to the HUB?? and prescription not ready until Friday afternoon. Thank goodness this isn’t an essential medication. One step forward, five steps back. Really disappointing, inefficient service:(
Really poor. Systems went down in the Doctors so the pharmacy took their phone off the hook to avoid people ringing them. I'm needing my medication and just want to know that its there before driving 40 minutes to find its not. They're a public service for Lord sake. Really really poor and if there's some kind of Manager of the pharmacy then there needs to be someone new as to allow a pharmacy to take their phone off the hook to avoid people ringing asking for their medication is incredibly unprofessional.
This pharmacy used to be super efficient. Not any more. Again this morning item missing from prescription. Another trip to query. They insist Dr's not sent that item through. Back into Dr's they say it was sent with other items, gave me bar code. Back into pharmacy. Gave them bar code. They checked and said "it was stuck on the spine " !! Why not just admit they had missed it ? They need to check properly if you query something. I have had to do 3 trips to sort this out.
Very efficient and friendly
I visited the Culcheth Chemist over the Christmas period 2022, I found all the staff to be pleasant & cheerful, the team member I dealt with regarding my eye issue, explained the medication I needed with empathy. A big well done.
Not sure if the driver was delivering on behalf of the Culcheth chemist but the Tim's and Parker van who arrived in Winwick at 12.30 today Thursday 9th should take more note of the speed limits - 20mph not at 30 mph plus espeically when he's in the middle of the road going around a bend. Not a good advert for the chemist .
I’ve been using this chemist for about 5 years and was great at first, but gradually getting worse. This time I ordered on a Sunday, came in on the Wednesday, was told it was not ready and to come back later. Came back on the Thursday and they didn’t have all of the medication and was told to come back on the Friday afternoon. 3 trips to collect a prescription is very inconvenient. Also on the Wednesday, there was a large queue and a member of staff came back in with a bottle of milk so that they could make their tea rather than deal with the queue of people.
The one star reviewer didn't say what went wrong last week, but I have been a customer for 20 years and have always found them helpful.
