“We used this chemist as the patient was recuperating at my house after a hernia operation. We requested the repeat prescription one day & he received a text the next to say they were ready. His usual chemist takes at least a week. We arrived to collect the tablets & were met straightaway by a very pleasant lady who brought the tablets & mentioned that something had been flagged up as new but I checked all the tablets & they were fine so it must have been the temporary change of chemist. Great chemist & lovely staff.”

They sell everything from toys and accessories to dog grooming needs - everything you can think of really!! A lovely little gem of a shop and the staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, giving us advice on what and how to feed. “Very helpful pharmacy. They have a private room, I've used the free blood pressure check service one time when I dropped in to pick up my prescription. I receive text to tell me that my monthly prescription is ready to be collected. I don't think they offer a delivery service which would be helpful sometimes as a cancer patient. I get fatigued on treatment so do rely on family who live nearby to be able to pick it up for me sometimes.”

“I am so grateful for the care given my granddaughter who collapsed yesterday with her asthma after having to walk up from Boots who had really not been very nice to her over needing another blue inhaler. They lectured her about her asthma being unstable even after she explained to them she was awaiting a chest appointment with the asthma team. It was suggested she should be on oxygen therapy, a diagnosis they are not qualified to make. The Gentleman at Rowlands was wonderful with her a treated her immediately with 8 puffs which she needed. He was very up to date on asthma, kind and caring. The was patients needing assistance should be treated. Well done Rowlands!”
